Take your business elsewhere!!! These people are RUDE and have ZERO sense of customer service. After placing an online order for over $50 of wings, I went inside to give them a coupon that adds on a free regular fries and 20 oz drinks from a fundrays coupon book. They said they would add it to my order so I said I would return to pick it up when it was ready. It wasnt until after I returned that they told me they couldnt add the coupon to my order. Really? Even after they acknowledged that I placed a large order, they were not willing to add on a small order of fries because they considered the Family Pack a "special"... it was $50. It was too late to cancel my order and go elsewhere. They have no sense of customer value and loyalty. This is the SECOND TIME they screwed me. The last time I was there I ordered food for someone who said he needed money to buy food, but then when the guy left after realizing he wasnt getting actual cash, I cancelled the order since I knew he wouldnt return. They promised to cancel the order but to this day have NEVER refunded the order and nobody received the food. Consumers beware! Even if they have better wings than Wing Zone, I will ALWAYS go to Wing Zone for NOW ON!

WORST PLACE TO WORK FOR ! I had to quit because I had to move across town. I asked her NOT to send my check to my old apartment & SHE DID IT TWICE within 2 Weeks when I said I was coming to get it! Shift Leader was being FORCED UPON ME because others were quitting From lack of organization and how unprofessional they are! Theyre ALWAYS THREATENING YOUR JOB and expect everyone to take blame for others actions! There is no reason for a business owner to act rude and nasty when someone quits... ITS STRICTLY BUSINESS! Now Im out of TWO CHECKS !

Went to Wingstop Monday 12-14-15 , placed an order at 3:23 pm and received it at 4:17. Orders placed behind us came out before our order . We then went up to the register to make a complaint , but the cook kept blaming the whole thing on every one else but themselves. We then continued to say that "We will never be back again." Long story short, they really could care less. They have horrendous customer service , and we will not be back. We will also tell friends and family , and be posting on various social media websites.

I ordered online and came to pick up my order 15 minutes after the given time online. When I showed up they had no record of my order, I provided my confirmation email, still nothing. I had to reorder and was placed at the back of the line with all of the other walk in customers. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait.. 30 minutes later Im still waiting. The guy at the register was super nice but not happy with the overall experience.

Last 4 times Ive called to place an order. Was on hold 6 minutes, 8 minutes 5.5 minutes and now Ive been on hold now 9:24 and counting. Food is too good is the only reason I keep ordering. Best wings...need a better phone system... now at 10:48 and still holding. To day is a Sunday at 7:22pm... nothing but poor mgt... now at 12:22 and counting...just hit 14 minutes. Now its just the principle. Just picked up and hung up...

You will be lucky if they remember to put season on your fries. Its a recurring theme for this restaurant to forget things with your meal. Considering you pay an absolute premium compared to other fast food chains there shouldnt be an issue with getting what you order. Unfortunately it is more likely then not that the order will be filled incorrectly. I am speaking from significant experiences.

This place is the worst ever. I walked in and place and 40+ Dollar ordered and they cant break a hundred. Then on top of that they would not drop the order while I go too Walmart to get change. I will keep my coins I will never purchased any from the wings stops in Pensacola. ILL wait I go out of town.... That stupid ass owner

Called my order ahead of time. The phone was answered immediately and my order was correct when I arrived. The food was great as always. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even gave me recommendations for the future and a sauce sample!

Not impressed. The Hickory BBQ had more kick than the Mango Habanero did. One fries was over seasoned and the other was not seasoned at all. Food took almost 30 minutes to come out and no free refills
