This was the worst Olive Garden location that I ever been. I went last week and right by the entrance a customer was very upset with her bill (she was yelling and totally loosing her temper. That was already a sign that our night would not be better). The place is a dump, carpet smelly, the only good first impression was the hostess who welcomed us very nicely. Well, we were sent to our table and our server took around 10 minutes to approach (I was with my mother who is a senior and my 4 year old) and not even bother to ask if we would like to order anything to drink. She was worried about to offer wine sample (pretty sure she was worried about her $$ for selling the bottle). Ok, waited another 10 minutes so she could finally asked what we would like to drink. She took so long that we were ready to order. This server was so confused and deaf, she could not memorize our plates neither she was able to use her notepad. And the worse was when I asked about a plate she got even more confused asking for another server to help and she was worried about asking where I was from because she could not explain in English what the plate tasted like. TERRIBLE... How hard is for a server to understand their own menu and explain to the customer? We were so upset that we left, hungry and thanks to another restaurant across the street our meal was delicious and the server could explain the menu easily.

I should have known to follow my gut feeling the second time around. My first time going to olive garden was by millennia mall, worst experience there was roaches in our food, told my self I will never go to another olive garden. However, it was my cousins graduation and my mom decide to take us for a treat. I heard good reviews for this location, do I decided to try it. First problem was, the service was too slow, took ten to take our drink order and another 15 for them to bring it to the table. Salad and bread came out 20 minutes after. Which I didnt make a fuss about, what got me tickled is that after eating my salad, my cutlery feel to the floor, so I put it on the dirty plate do I could get a clean one. Tell me why the waitress took the cutlery off the dirty plate and put it on the table for me to reuse.....are you serious!!!! Any ways, time to order dinner, I had the herb and garlic salmon which was dry and my daughter had spaghetti and meatball. My salmon was really dry but the waitress order another one for me, which tasted ok. After coming home my daughter and I was sick the whole night, my poor daughter, couldnt do much for her. I am eating everyone stay far away from Olive Garden, there food is no good and its hazardous, they need to be shut down, its nasty and filthy. DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR....

The service was decent and good. Host and server were both polite, along with being respectful. Heres where it comes down to the wrong of it all, the food. Surprise, surprise the food is what ruins it all. The bread sticks were greasy as usual. The salad had too much acid in it. I got steak Gorgonzola Alfredo with broccoli. The broccoli stunk very badly. It tasted exactly how it smelled; horrible. The food had bad sauce along with it being very greasy. My younger brothers drink was overly sweetened. The sugar was basically all at the bottom of the cup. He had the kiwi melon limonata. Olive Garden is exactly like I remember it years ago, good service and bad food. *I had forgotten to state how the place also had a disgusting smell. Upon entrance it will stay in your nose for the longest. If you dont have anything to distract you or good company. Itll be awful to stick around any longer.*

Worst experience of my entire life. When we walked in and asked for a booth the lady with glasses said "youll have to sit down I dont have a booth" uhh ok fine. We asked how long she gave as a puzzled look like why on earth would we ask. After us both staring at eachother she shrugged and we sat down. Horrible hostess. We got our seat and the waiter misheard me and ordered chicken Parmesan instead of chicken Alfredo , I waited an hour for my meal and my beer and had to ask 8 times for breadsticks when I finally got them they were burnt , I ask the calamari well done it was barely cooked, I will never ever in my entire life go to this location , this was my birthday dinner and I couldnt even mention it was birthday because we were too busy trying to get the food we ordered. I will never eat out again , this made me cry and frankly ruined my entire birthday Thanks a lot guys.

Our dinning experience at Olive Garden (West Colonial) was less than positive. We visit Olive Garden at Clermont weekly, and it has always been enjoyable. Tonight at The West Colonial, "Tyron" was the waiter, he seemed to had an attitude since the beginning, he did not write the order down, he just memorize our order. When he brought our salad to the table, he didnt fulfill our especiall request. As he picked the salad from the table you can tell he was angry about needing to remake the salad, things degraded from there. He didnt refill our drink, he didnt bring our second salad, and we were so dissatisfied that we left the restaurant without our deserve that was part of our meal. We will not return to this West Colonial Olive Garden in the future. We hope you take corrective action.

The WORST. Darden Restaurant EVER!!!!!! Sever was slow and literally forgot everything that I asked for. Managers on duty assisted with serving our table but they screwed everything as well. All my food came out of order. I didnt get the wine I requested until after my meal was served and my appetizer came out with the box I requested. I sat in the restaurant with nothing to drink for almost 30 minutes!!!!! I didnt know my servers name or the managers name because no one introduced themself and no one was wearing name tags. I was highly disappointed!!! Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant but I will NEVER visit this location again!

This was my favorite place to eat but tonight I was very unhappy waiters fighting training ugly in front of my kids bad service no forks and the food was undercooked verrrry under portioned just so unhappy and it gave me a bad stomach ache Im really disappointed I usually eat here 2 a month but not sure if Ill go back paid 67 bucks for 20 worth of nasty food just sad please fix this I love you food

The food was good, the waiter had us waiting first for bread by the time it came the Alfredo sauce was cold. My husband 2nd soup came after his meal. He brought us our check we had to tell him we wanted dessert, by the way did I mention the table still had the salad bowl, glasses and other dishes on the table. This was my favorite location restaurant, but no longer!!!
