I called over to this location to order breakfast to-go and I should have taken that experience as a warning. I called multiple times over the course of about 25 minutes and nobody answered, ever. I finally said screw it and drove over there with my kids. I called 4 more times from the parking lot and again, no one answered. I went inside to order and told the waitress I wanted 2 chocolate chip waffles, 1 order of of regular (scattered) hashbrowns, and a full order of biscuits and gravy. I wasnt asked what a full order of biscuits and gravy means so I assumed that she knew what that means. Especially considering thats what its called on their menu. I didnt wait long for the food so that was a plus. I go up to the counter and get my food, which is in a bag and tied at the top, pay for my food and head on home. Once I got home and started unpacking the bag, I get to the second to go box and see that there isnt a full order of biscuits and gravy like I ordered. The put the half order in a to go box so big that it is almost comical to look at. Im not sure if they just forgot half of my order or what. Its about 15 miles round trip to go back just to pick up a biscuit and gravy so Im not going to call in about this. Also, I used to cook at a restaurant and I know what people do to customers food when they complain (No, I never did any of that but co workers did). I guess I will just go to McDonalds next door from now on. The food that was right want anything to write home about either and I normally love Waffle House.

Went into eat at this waffle house.. very nice waitress. She was telling me and my husband and daughter..the hours she works.. and how she is schdule to work the next two weeks and no days off. When she told us what she makes hourly I was upset.. where is the CEO of all the waffle houses? Do you not care about your emplyeess?..you should be a shamed of your self for what you pay out to people who keep your business running. Its very sad.. we tip the waitress twenty dollars. CEO do you have kids? Think about parents who work for you..times are hard..i dont think people choose to work for a waffle house.. They do it because its what they have to do to provide for there kids or for themselves being single too isnt easy. This pay isnt enough to put yourself through college. So if anyone is reading this please be kind and tip your waitress or waiter a little more.. they deserve it.. even if you dont think they do..

Went 3 times. 1st time was fast friendly service. 2nd time my order was taken After standing for a long time waiting. Once my order was taken it was given to a girl who wasnt really working but delegating tasks I would assume because her hand was in a cast....she took my slip rolled her eyes and slumped her shouldners....looked at me then back at the woman who took my order and said I dont want it..which I couldnt understand bc she wasnt doing anything besides telling everyone what to do..I would have left then but I had already paid. They took almost 30 mins to make one waffle and eggs...3rd time was empty service was fast and good...was happy with my meal until after we finished there was a big cockroach crawling on the floor towards the kitchen....the girls didnt want to kill it so a customer got up and squashed it in the customer area.....I wont be going back for that reason....

So weited 20 min for someone to tell me ill be right there in a sec. No good morning no smile on her face. 10 more minutes Dawn came to us and asked us for drinks again no greeting. Ask us what we wanted to eat we wanted steak w eggs and a cheesesteak came to us twice askn us if onions was fine on it when we already told her yes. 3 tables been durty tru all this time a fam of 4 sat down in one of the durty one and started cleaning up no one came to help them a family of 4 left cause no one went to them as am writing this she just came a drop the plates and then she left. Very rude very bad experience i always come here and been way more busier and my server is very pleasant but today horrible service and very dissapointed.

I love waffle house. love the food, and house fast I get my great food. I write this bad review for one reason, the staff. I understand bad days, but when the cooks will not take orders from the only waitress on duty, there is an issue. I give props to this new waitress for handling her shift in class form. Cleaning tables, taking all the orders, cashing out everyone, refilling drinks, even doing dishes. Mind you there was not a seat free, until the cooks went on strike or started throwing a fit. Then people started walking out. the cooks really made everything awkward. The cooks need a pep talk, or new job? Anyway, in the morning, this place is great!

This is most possibly the worst restaurant Ive ever visited. The staff was loud and obnoxious. Screaming, dancing, and some were even singing on the food line. The server performed a very unenthusiastic and drone like "Hi. How yall doin today?" (I could have responded with "Im contemplating suicide" and she wouldnt have blinked) "Start yall off with a drink"? When the food arrives my sausage sat in a puddle of grease. My eggs were cold. My hash browns were raw... The toast was at least cooked fairly well (shout out to the toaster. You the real MVP). Please dont go to this restaurant. You will be disappointed, no matter how low your standards are.

This store is going downhill fast! Very dirty! All the stainless in that place should be spotless. Whole place needs a deep clean! Took someone several minutes to come and ask what we wanted and it was the cook. No what would you like to drink, nothing like that. Just "you know what you want"? And it was freezing in there. When i mentioned it, the waitress said if they turned it off it would get hot. Try turning it down, not off! Disappointing! Not sure who is managing this store, but they may want to just show up randomly in the evening. This visit was around 8:30 p.m. From the other reviews, seems the evening crew needs some work.

Worst expierence we sat there for 10 mins was not asked what we wanted to drink a huge party comes in and another couple comes in and they were served right off the bat while we sat there for another 5 mins not asked for anything. I complained to the manager and he did nothing but tell us they have another waitress and walked off did not ask if we wanted drinks or anything and started to clean off more tables. We are very disappointed. Went to Cocky Rooster had the best service ever. I will not be back to this waffle house. Very poor service.

My first visit to this location. Its a little old and run down. All of the booths next to the windows have a lot of dead bugs on the window ledge outside the restaurant. Not at all pleasant to look at when eating. The tables had crumbs on them. For the price, the food was decent and the staff friendly. A nice, neighborly, friendly feel to this restaurant. I wouldnt take someone here if I wanted to impress them.
