Price: $9.99 Steak and Cheese Sandwich, Chips, Soft Drink (to go price) Line wait time: 5 minutes which was fairly standard for lunch time. Food wait time: 17 minutes. This seemed like a long time to wait for a sub sandwich. Food quality: I dont eat cheese, which left this Sandwich lacking, in my opinion. The actual steak had very little if any taste. The sauteed vegetables were okay at best, but not enough to save a very average sandwich. Overall: Customer service was flat, not mean, but not welcoming either. Took too long for me at a carry out sub shop. I would not bring my business back, especially at this price point. FIREHOUSE FALLS FLAT FOR ME.

Went to get the order my coworkers and I got, when I arrived to work, handed everyone there food, where was my coworkers salad?! They didnt put it in the bag! Now I called, placed on hold the my coworker called, also was placed on hold. To say 10min On hold. Picked up finally to tell them what happened. Meaning I had to drive all the way there again. On a rainy weather especially!!! Went there and they said they were sorry and gave me a cookie. A cookie doesnt solve my gas money!! Forget about coming here again.

I have come to this store on multiple occasions. While the staff is always friendly the service is poor. It usually takes a very long time to receive our food in comparison to other firehouse locations whether busy or not. My last visit I received my order wrong and to fix the issue they scraped off the unwanted parts instead of starting fresh. The final straw was the multiple strands of black hair found on the sandwich. Be very cautious when eating at this location.

1st OFF, If you are a buisness who is open until 9. You do not close the doors until 9pm!!! 1st time visitor, & 1st time FIREHOUSE Customer. We drove from Epcot there with 5 mins to spare. As soon as we open the door were greeted with we are closed, we are not accepting orders!!!!! I can not do this @ my company so(you get what Im saying). Family of 5 hungry & wanted Firehouse, smh. Piss poor customer service

Team members were incredibly nice and accommodating of my allergies. They brought the food to my table and checked in on me multiple times like a full service restaurant. Will definitely be going here again and I highly recommend it.

Worst firehouse ever....the employés are slow and they act like they dont care...it took like 15 min to get my sandwich and I was the only person in the restaurant...you can go if you have time to waist!!

Great food and amazing service. The Hook and Ladder is seriously so delicious. Honestly, it is a little bit pricey; however, their subs taste so much fresher than their "competition".

Why does it take so long to make a sub? 1 sub shouldnt take 20 mins. Firehouse, fix your process. Cause it stinks and takes way too long to get customers in and out.
