I understand that listenIng and keying a customers order is extremely mentally taxing to these individuals hired for that explicit purpose, but apparently when you add in the incessant chatter between employees its the alpha and omega recipe for failure. Clearly the teenage population of employed high schoolers at this establishment (and more than likely across the continent) are incapable of multi-tasking. Conversing with a co-worker, listening to a customers order and relaying that information into the register completely through this 17 year old into an oblivious state where no brain functions existed. Quality was lacking to say the least. On top of an epic display of not being able to multi task, he rung me up for what I ordered ( 2 chicken burrito supremes) but when he turned around to give me my order and I brought it home to "enjoy", I discovered that he gave me two plain chicken burritos! Nothing "supreme" about the service, food, or competence.

Expected quality of product. The Taco Bell formula at work. No complaints on a fast food formula gets 4.5 stars. Deductions noted below. Bonus points for friendly staff at register and 100% correct order in timely fashion. [5 stars is overstuffed and *hot* perfect product beyond formula.] Saturday - Service Time: 8:10pm-8:40pm Store Occupancy, average at register, 3 occupied tables 5 total dine-in individuals. A. Public area never tended to with dirty tables. B. Bathrooms could have definitely used an inspection/touch-up. C. Store temperature is WAY too cold.

As an ex member that worked at this place I can tell you now its not good. The dishes are rarely washed thoroughly and they have a habit of waisting your time. The current manager lanard is very rude and incompetent. When calling out an order he did not call in a voice that could be heard over all the commotion in the restaurant. To top it off it took them half an hour to even get the meal ready. I would not advise use this taco bell as a place to eat, I have sewn bugs crawling out from under the garbage cans and the bathrooms are always filthy as well.

I really like Taco Bell, however this one in particular is absolutely awful and should be avoided if you are not looking to spend 30 minutes waiting on fast food when they are not at all busy. If you do choose to wait, prepare to be handed moldy tortillas that you will have to make a scene to get replaced. Bad place, bad employees, do not go here.

It literally just blows my mind on how dumb these employees are. Its like Taco Bell just loves hiring stupid people. There hasnt been a single time that they have got my order right. Its not like this is rocket science. Taco Bell upper management, you need to fire all of these idiots and start fresh, because they are completely incompetent.

Worst location I have been to. I went thru the drive thru..the Mexican pizza had no tomatoes. I went back in to reorder because I was too upset...the next one had an overwhelming taste of oil...corn or vegetable oil. I do not want to go back. Awful.

Best fast food in town. Victoria awesome at the counter and made us laugh. Out food was perfect and my triple steak stack was HUGE. Manager Greg was friendly and ask us how our meal was. I would recommend all my friends come try Taco Bell US 1
