Best sub shop in town - unquestionably! Ive been a fan of Firehouse Subs since they opened the first area location in Lynn Haven a few years back. From day one it was truly love at first bite. The quality of food, cleanliness, friendly speedy service are 2nd to none. And this week I found out that their customer service is also second to none with quick and courteous service beyond what one normally expects in todays world. Would I recommend this place to my friends? Without hesitation.

This place had excellent customer service. I called in a large order and Kaite helped me with a very friendly manner despite me being confusing. when I arrived five minutes later I could tell a large church group had just arrived and it would be a minute. However i quickly paid for my meal and Shawn offered me a free drink for the wait. I feel bad for accepting because they were so fast that I didnt even have to wait long!

Best customer service I have ever experienced in a sandwich shop. There were 3 girls working today (that I saw) and the place was SLAMMED due to impending storm. They were working so fast and it was obvious they were overwhelmed for the 3 of them, however they kept smiling, greeting people, and calmly apologizing for the wait. Not sure who they were but they deserve a bonus! Good job girls!

I worked at a firehouse for six years and would never want this location associated to the rest of the company. I was not welcomed, the customer service was poor, the conversation behind the counter was VERY inappropriate, and my sandwich was made incorrectly. Its no wonder the neighboring sandwich shop was slammed in comparison.

rated on service I told the guy who took my order 3 times I wanted my order on wheat with bacon he kept just shaking his head yes like he heard me & when I got my order both were wrong I went to go back in & get it sorted out & they tried 2 recharge me even though I had told him several times what I wanted while ordering
