The staff is very friendly and the french fries are the best Ive ever had! Other than that, I cant recommend this place. The burgers are basically flavorless mush and seem to taste the same every time, regardless of which toppings you get. Not a good sign! This place is a cut above Mcdonalds, but thats not saying much. Way overpriced for what you get.

If you havent had five guys yet you need to give it a try! The concept is great, pay for your burger and the toppings arent extra. However, it is pricy so watch out for that 4 burgers and fries comes out to around $35. But with that said, it is an unbelievable amount of food! The burgers are fantastic and the Cajun fried are unreal.

Overhyped, over-priced, bland, greasy and flavorless. I honestly have no idea why this place gets such rave reviews.. Tried it twice now and each time has been meh. Staff also seems annoyed we were there and never said excuse me in their cramped environment, only looked at us like we need to move. No smiles.

ALWAYS serve my gluten free hamburger separately and it delicious! The fries are served in abundance and my family loves them. I am love the peanuts. The staff is always friendly and we have eaten in more than one restaurant. It may cost more, but, so much better than other burger chains in the area!

Outstanding service. The gentleman working the register was extremely courteous and helpful with my order. He was ready for me as soon as I walked in the door and greeted me with a smile. From there the wait for my burger took a little bit longer than expected, but it was worth the wait.

Absolutely impressed with this burger chain, not just because they have delicious hand cut fries, but mostly because their burgers are on point. Perfect flavor and size, all the right topping options, and neatly put together for one top notch burger experience from a chain.

Burger was good, the meat could use a bit more seasoning. The burger stayed in tack until the last bite, (that in itself deserves a star). The burgers and fries are over priced. Other than the long wait, and the cost this place would be recommended.
