Having had Wingstop before and liked it my wife and I stopped into this store a few days ago hoping to grab dinner before we saw a movie at 7:40. We placed an order at 6:45 pm and we were told 10 min till or food was ready. 47 min and 3 inquiries about our food later and watching 3 people who ordered after us get their food we had to leave for our movie. The person at the counter was nice enough to refund us but was otherwise unapologetic. We ordered a 30 piece family pack and it seems that we got put on the back burner because our order was larger than the others they filled first.

Me and my boyfriend have gotten wingstop for a long time and it was good at first but then it just got sloppy. The wings where not being fully covered in sauce and we noticed the wings were getting harder and harder because they were not cooking them good, one day my BF got wings that where not cooked all the way and he got sick for weeks. Id rather wait longer to get better food. They need to leave the wings in for longer the workers need to stop being so lazy. We havent gon back since, that was since april, and we dont really want to go back after that we were very disgusted.

Small bits of chicken. Breaded. Fried. Coated in sauce or seasoning. Put in a basket and handed to you over a counter. Its wings. Wings are yummy. If wings are not yummy, then you ordered the wrong sauce, try again. They really encourage you to try again. Something about you giving them more money makes them happy. They also tell you "it will be ready in 9 minutes" or something and then 6 minutes or 15 minutes later it is ready. Never 9. Not sure what thats about, but what is life without a little mystery?

First off the one in Kennewick is good however pasco one not at all we order a large ranch for dipping and got some small ones. Then we tried our fries and they did not put any seasoning on them. So we went back and told them and they "warmed" them up while "warming them" the proceeded to make them almost burnt( meaning they were cooked way to long and were dry) then when getting home we got our food out and started to eat and I noticed there was still barely if any seasoning on the fries.

Im not impressed with some of the cooks here. After every visit, the flavors are not as good anymore. There are good cooks though dont get me wrong but we wont know when theyre there. The last time I went, I ordered 20 garlic parmesan, which BARELY had any parmesan cheese on top, 10 pieces of mango habanero with NO SPICINESS, and 10 Hawaiian, which where the only ones that tasted good. Wont be coming here for a long time. The Wingstop in Richland in better in every way.

Wingstop has ALWAYS taken great care of me, staff and management know me well but they always treat me like Im a brand new customer experiencing the brand for the first time. Hands down brats out BWW. Love wingstop, I go there every week. Flavors are bomb, gotta try Bone-in Hot and Bone-less Mango Habanero. Head to wingstop, tell em James Brown sent you.

I ordered online so I didnt have to wait when I got there . I waited 20 minutes before going to wing stop . It wasnt very busy but for some reason I still had to wait 45 minutes before getting my food. Its a bummer cause its happened more then once . I guess Lesson learned .

Im from the east coast where wings originated from and these compare to them. I really like the mango habenaro, its got some heat to it. The french fries are legit as well. If your not a fan of traditional wings try out the boneless wings, they are a wonderful treat.

I go here when I want some wings. Tonight I was disappointed when I received bad customer service through the phone. I went in to talk to the guy about it, he didnt seem to happy but hopefully nothing immature will happen over this. He did apologize

If you like wings, this is a great spot. I like this particular location because the dining area is larger than any Wingstop I have been in. The food is very good and they have plenty of TVs for your viewing pleasure.

stopped in for dinner and ordered a 30 piece family pack. was told it would take 15 minutes ended up being close to 40. cashier was very distracted during order and had to be corrected. great wings though.
