Food was ok. The delivery driver was 25 minutes late. I placed the delivery order online 24 hours in advance with special instructions for how to get to my company because our street is under construction. I called Wingstop 30 minutes before our food was supposed to be delivered to make sure they received my instructions for getting around the road construction, and they assured me that they got my note and that the food would be delivered on time. We ordered the 75 Piece Boneless Wing Family Pack including three sides and five wing flavors. The different flavors of wings were not labeled. The teriyaki wings looked identical to the BBQ wings, and the mild wings looked identical to the hot wings. The serving size for the three sides was pretty small, especially the fries. There were enough wings for 8 people to share, but not enough sides for 8 people to share.

Its a decent place. They have a nice variety of wings to choose from. They are a bit pricier when it comes to wings though. Their fries are great, Ill give them that. But I thought that their wings were too salty for my taste. The wait can also be long and they just call out the name instead of bringing it to you, which kind of sucks since they do have seating, and so youd hope for at least some service, but no, the only service you get is at the counter.

I love Wingstop but the service here was horrible. I waited 45 minutes before calling to see where my food was. I was told it would be here in 15 minutes and they were short on drivers. Totally understandable. I call again 30 minutes later. Where is my food? Im told hes down the street and it will be 7 minutes. 25 minutes later I had had enough and called for a refund. When I called and asked I was told "thats fine" and hung up on.

Ordered 15 pieces of hawaian and teriyaki boneless wings, but they were too salty! After finishing 7 , I couldnt finish them all because they were too salty! So, I called, but the lady told me that the boss said they cant do anything for me because they are naturally salty and I finished half of them. I can get 10% off on next order but hahaha.. 10% off is nothing compared to $15 paid for these salty wings.

I was unsure of their delivery area, so I called them. I live on Broadway in Urbana, and I was told their zone ends at Race St (just one block west of Broadway). Before I could say anything else, he hung up. Their tagline says that they are the wing experts, but they seem to not be the service experts. Since they dont seem to want my business, theyll lose it. I suggest others avoid it, too.

Love the wings. Expensive but the Lemon Pepper is the best! The owner is nice! Took a star away though because it takes a long time to get our food. Delivery is even longer. Food is delish though and customer service is good most times(had a few rough transactions but hey, whatever)

I went there for more than 4 times and all 4 of them were just awesome. The wings are a bit small when it comes to size. but the sauces are really good. mango habanero sauce is the best . Fries arent that good though.

Friendly quick service, great fries and lots of great sauces. I love the spicy q, Hawaiian, and mango habanero. Ive also had Louisiana rub and lemon pepper, they are ok but not something id order again.

This is my favorite wing place in town. Reasonable prices and fries that are actually good. Good delivery option if you are having a bunch of guys get together to play games or watch TV.
