2/03/2017 6.PM 1 cook very good 2 servers 6, maybe 7 customers tables were far from clean, no water offered. Coffee was watery, unfit to drink. Server said she would make us dark roast. 20 min later we were still waiting. It never came. When paying the bill I said , "I dont think we should have to pay for the coffee we couldnt drink. The other waiter said," were not allowed to do that, I can give you a 10% discount .Maybe you can find a better place next time. Were working short tonight. " Well the coffee was unfit to drink, the servers were rude, why should we pay for watered down coffee we couldnt drink ? I gave them an( F- ) with the exception of the cook . It was plain to see none of the staff wanted to be there . * last time we stopped here the food and service were very good. The waffel house in Crossville is great .

It was Valentines Day. We heard that they offered a different setting for the special day. Little did we know that reservations were needed but they did offer us short bar service. There is definately a difference between a waitress and a server.

LOVED IT!!!! Today was the first time weve been here and this is by far the best Waffle House I have ever been to. The food was great and this sweet little lady named Kim took great care of our family. We will definitely come back here!!!!
