Made our food fresh like we asked, which we loved. But then sadly the next time they did not, and our burgers were old. The manager argued that they couldnt have been too old. The whole experience caused an argument between my husband and me and Ill probably get sick cause I have a sensitive stomach. The manager tried to make it up to us at least. It was greasy like its supposed to be.

Service is a little slow. For the number of employees viable and the number of customers visible, the time it took to be waited on and then wait for food was much too long. Food sat on serve counter between kitchen and employee counter long enough for hot food to cool and ice cream to start melting. Disappointing visit

Im giving this a 3 star just for the ice cream. Service is about a 1. Ive ordered hot food a couple times and wont do that again. Both times the food was cold and skimpy. I ordered the chicken tender basket the first time and literally got 5 fries. Ridiculous. Like I said the only thing good was the ice cream.

No receipt because machine broken, the server and the cooks werent communicating well, ice cream made before hot food and they melted and had to be remade, 3 different ice creams made before the right one was made correctly. I normally love DQ but this day was horrible.

Staff was very friendly and professional, food was hot and fresh, restaurant clean and ice cream was amazing! Will definitely be back. Everytime we come in and Jacob waits on us he always goes above and beyond!
