The food is good but at prices like these, Ill go somewhere there is table service. There isnt a kid menu, no kid size shakes, nothing. All counter service restaurants have kids menus, right? Not this one. Great quick bite during lunch break, but not for the All American Family. Service, we had 5 burgers 3 were dressed wrong and when my daughter returned they were going to scrape off and redress the burgers until she requested to be remade. The first person that took our order was rude and pretty much needs a hug. Other than the above, food is very good along with the $3.99 shakes. $82.57 for 5 people at lunch was more than i expected, only 2 shakes in order, 3 doubles, 2 singles and fries.

The burgers are good, but everything is way overpriced. $6.95 should include fries and a drink but it is just for the burger, soda is $2.29 and a small fry was $2.79 and they were ok, but nothing fantastic or special. $4 and some change just for a hot dog seems a little steep as well, will not be going back because it was $58 to feed myself, my wife and 3 of our kids burgers and fries. Again, good concept, but the prices need to come down if Im ever to go back

Though Five Guys might be the closest fast food place Ive seen that resembles a real life Paunch Burger (from Parks and Rec), their food is actually tasty. Their fries are fresh and crispy every time Ive been there, and they have lots of topping options. However, watch out for those vinegar bottles - they do not have stoppers on the lids and will bathe your fries in a malt-flavored pool if you are not careful. I, of course, do not speak from personal experience.

Not good. Tables were dirty. Soft drink dispenser not working correctly; one wanted to be "purged". Cashier dude tried to con me out of $13.00 change on a 27.00 + charge for two burgers and fries by only handing me back my coins; he had laid the cash on the register and never offered it to me until I stuck out my hand and glowered at him. His response was, "Oh. Yeah." Uh, DUDE!!! Really?!? Burgers were ok, though.

I was stared at by every guy behind that counter. My boyfriend was with me and he noticed the staring without me having to say anything. They watched my every moves as I got farther away from the counter. The food was good but I would have enjoyed it more had the staff not made me feel so uncomfortable.

Food was good, but the employees on Saturday, October 22nd at 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM were the most unhappy, non-smiling group I have encountered. I hope management does something about it. I would hate to see this good franchise lose out in that Shelbyville/Gene Snyder location.

This location is clean, in a convenient, and has adequate parking. The staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. Side note : Not all 5 guys locations have shakes, this one does. Would definitely recommend one after your meal!

Dad lives near there and said he would never go back. He loves burgers and I thought he was nuts. The staff acted like zombies and food had no flavor. Will choose Chick next time. The Five Guys at Summit everyone is nice and food was good

Best Burgers around and I love the fries. Great service, Only one problem they are running the a/c to keep the kitchen cool. It is below 60F in the seating area very uncomfortable. Im sure it will be preventing people from returning. NB

Friendly staff. Burger and fries size was good. But considering the price (paid 17$ for burger, fries and milkshake) it was tasteless. The scennery was awful too. 3 stars from me. Never coming again. Is not worth it.

All the guys who work here are nice and professional. Place is very clean, bathrooms too. Burgers are great, and the cajun fries are awesome. They arent afraid to dump extra fries in the bag either, which is a plus.
