Well I have to say that I am so very upset with this store and its management. My 17 year old daughter applied for a job at this store. She made it to the interview and thats where all the problems started. Not only was the interviewer rude, he also asked about her family life, about what my wife and I do for a living. He asked about what her father and his wife do for a living. As if that makes a difference in her work code. After making several degrading remarks about her family life, she clearly lets him know that she could not and would not work for his company. It was at this point the interviewer tries to cover up and offer her management training. I would ask anyone who reads this to keep in mind that this company is not only disrespectful potential employees, but to there families as well. I would think twice about supporting such a company.

On one hand, the food here is really good and the employees are really nice. On the other, it never is really clean and is often crowded/noisy. Often when I visit, the buffet has run out of something and it is not replaced for a long time. Parking can be troublesome on weekends. I love this place personally and would suggest it to others, but be prepared for the downsides.

Most of the pizza was just so-so (the new stuffed crust pizza were not so great - I was really looking forward to the bacon one...). The desserts were great though! Place was pretty dirty, and the bussers only cleaned off tables that were empty instead of clearing dishes from tables where people were sitting. Seems a little backwards! Cashier was super nice

service is very slow ... in buffet , if you ask for a pizza then they will make you wait though they dont have huge number of customer ... if you ask for three pizza during buffet then they will make you one or two but not all at the same time ... thin crust is the way to go here ... pizza taste - average .

Better than the Cicis in Murfreesboro. Only problem we had was 45 min until closing they stopped making pizza and cleaning up to close. Several people and families came in as the time rolled toward close and still they didnt make anymore pizza. Suggestion is to go far earlier than closing.

We went to the buffet lunch here and it really wasnt great. The salad options were minimal the lettuce was gross. The pizza is not tasty at all probably the worst Pizza I have had and I have had lots of pizza. I had never been to CiCis before and I wont be going back

I have always been happy with the staff at this location. There is a man that works the cashier a lot that knows all sorts of trivia questions. He loves to ask people questions and give them tokens or something like that… it makes the experience that much better.

They have went down hill majorly! They were great in the past but after today I will not be back. Their food has went down hill and is not being kept up to temp. Ive been sick since I ate there earlier today. I would advise anyone to not go.

I always loved cicis. Expecially the owner of it but for the past 5 or 6 months it has been horrible. Never any variety of pizza if there is any on the bar at all. I wish the main guy would come back. But Im not give up!

Why is it Cicis restrooms are always sticky & dirty? Salad dressings were gross, pizza crust was a bit rubbery, other than that, it was ok. I wish they were as good as when they first came on the scene.

Love coming to this cicis. The staff and managers are very friendly and welcoming. Our kids love the variety, but I dont suggest it on slower days/hours, the food isnt as fresh as it could be.

Decent pizza, salad and the cinnamon rolls are the bomb! Reasonably priced. All you can eat is a plus! Game room with a few games, however half of them were out of order...Family friendly!

Im really surprised how the service has slipped ay this location. The pizza was cold, they dumped all the pizza on top of other pizzas. Salad bar toppings were empty.
