Love the subs. Yesterday it took half an hour to get my take out order! My fries were cold and overdone (a huge disappointment since it was their smell that brought me in). The gentleman in front of me got an apology for the wait, but I didnt. Do I have to look angrier to get one? Given the wait, I dont think I should have had to solicit an apology; it should be offered. The service has been trending negatively for a while now... at one point, this joint would have received 5 stars from me :(

Fair prices. Love their fries, just straight up potato and peanut oil. and they have malt vinegar. Prepare for salt, i mean, i got the Phili, it should be salty but, man is it salty. It was amazing though. I also like how i wasnt super hungry and they let me have a kids meal....but they forgot my lollipop....but i hate lollipops :)

Penn Station is usually great but this location varies greatly based on the crew of the day. One time they put RAW BACON on my sub. Literally raw, like straight outta the fridge onto the sub w/o ever being heated.

Pricey but you get what you pay for. Filling and delicious. A good pick for a casual date, or if you want good comfort food that will hit the spot. Friendly staff and lively environment.

Generally theyre pretty good, nothing has ever been wrong and its typically well managed and clean. Once in a while its extremely slow and things are off but not most of the time.
