Almost the worst service Ive had. I orded a 12 teriyaki chicken sub and the guy talked me into making that the sub of the month. I asked what the difference was and he said I just get a free pop. Imagine my unhappy surprise when my order came up and was a 6 inch sub with fries. All I wanted was my sub. Bad business to mislead customers. Too bad after reading a few of these good reviews

Have not had a bad sammich or a bad experience here yet. Love the fries and the chicken teriyaki sammich. All around great staff and enjoy eating ( for sure the gull rd one) have not been the the portage location one yet.

I ordered the Philly chesse steak sub and fries. It was a very tasty sub. The fries are hand cut right there and seems like you cant get enough. They make homemade lemonade too that Ive had before and it was great.

Best Philly cheesestake, I ve had in the Kalamazoo area. Good fries too, they have malt vinegar to go with them. Good stuff! Havent tried the other sandwiches yet. Quite a variety.

Penn Station has some yummy baked subs that can be ordered cold or hot. The fresh cut fries are so good with malt vinegar.
