Ordered three skewers of beef kebab the waitress and the cook gave me two instead of three and all two of them were raw from the inside blood was dripping on the outside this happened during the Mayweather and McGregor fight customer service was that the worst I have ever seen management was in complete disarray customers complaining left and right about food not coming out correctly and timely. I thought that the right measurement was one of the worst when it comes to customer service I saw plenty of people walk away from this establishment due to lack of respect for a clients. I would never go back to this place and buy food worst food in Dearborn not recommended for family or friends

Worst place to go! Our waitor was very scared/shy by himself put water bottles on the table and said its complementary. Ended up charging us for them! Messed up me and my friends order. our total was $22.50 but when we go up to pay it was $42.50 the female on the register got confused and we told her your menu says $22.50 and then she called the owner and he came and apologized and said when she scans the order on machine, the machine doubles it because the new place is now owned by 4 owners and each owner comes in and sometimes plays with the machine to hire/lower prices! WHAT THIEVES! CHECK YOUR BILLS! BECAREFUL!

I drove all the way from Chicago and was driving by and decided to stop in this place, the best decision ever, clean, nice, big TVs,nice people and very nice and professional girl that took my order, the best hookah, the best tea, simply great, definitely coming back.

Owners/ employees are so nice and respectful to customers. They were so nice!! Also this lounge is clean,spacious and modern with cool decor. My new favorite hookah bar. Thank you guys for letting me stay way past close . You now habe a regulsr customer!
