We visited this restaurant on 2nd April 2017 evening. The service was really bad. There was an Asian lady who was serving us and she was asking us embarrassing questions when we ordered food. She didnt even ask the way she was asking others. She didnt give us enough side plates. We never asked for any refill but she said before we even eat, that if you share the salad or soup and ask for a refill I will charge for that refill. She was so arrogant with us saying that we cannot share our food. I have never ever seen such behavior in any Olive Garden i visited. We as a family can do what ever we want to do with the food we ordered. And after we ordered our food she never cared to ask for a refill of the salad or soup we had, but rather she removed them from our tables without asking us. Its was such a weird experience we had in a restaurant like Olive Garden. After all this I got some waste paper in one of the bread sticks I had and I showed her and there was no reaction in her. The staff were so unprofessional. We complained to a lady who was near the entrance and she said she would take care but I just think that there should be a manager who could attend complaints. So embarrassing situation we faced and we felt so bad about our selves by the way we were treated.

My family had dinner yesterday evening around 6:00 1/24/17. We were highly disappointed. The waitress was good, polite. But the food was ridiculous. We ordered the lasagna. This lasagna looked like they took it out the freezer and microwaved it. It looked nothing like the picture full of layers that you can see. It was flat and over cooked. A family of 4 and spent all that money on pasta that I could of made better at home. Olive garden is so over rated. The atmosphere was pretty and fancy but the food was mediocre. The atmosphere didnt match the food at all. We would of been better of going to fazolis and saving over $70 worth of overcooked, microwaved pasta. Even the salad was limp to me. Nothing to it but iceberg lettuce. Never again will I go to Olive garden. So please save your money and go buy some frozen stouffers lasagna which will taste way better than this and light a candle ,dim the lights and enjoy.

We go here every other week, sometimes every week. In the years weve been going here wed never had to wait more then 15 minutes in line. Of course we never go on a Friday night! In those years going here, only about two times has the food been bad, but it was taken care of right away. Occasionally we get poor service, but this is extremely rare. After we place the order, food comes out very fast and there is little wait. Certain dishes like the Pizza do take a bit longer. The prices are fair and you can get soup and salad here during lunch for a pretty good price. The only bad pricing is on the deserts, but I always skip those. We go here because it is consistently good, unlike most restaurants.

Never got to taste the food.... My grandfather went to the location on Westnedge for lunch to celebrate his birthday by himself. He was seated and then the waitress asked him how many were dining with him. He stated he was by himself for lunch since everyone he knows was working. The Waitress then asked him to leave his table and wait in the lobby for a two seated table so other guests that just arrived (who wanted the four seat table) could eat without waiting for him. HOW APPALING!!! YOU WOULD ASK HIM TO MOVE EVEN THOUGH YOUR HOSTESS SAT HIM AT THE FOUR SEAT TABLE!!!! What a way to treat a 90 year old veteran on his birthday... The nerve of the young nowadays!

My sister and I go here every once in a while, like maybe every two to three months when we get the craving for some Italian food and breadsticks. The food is what you would expect to find at any Olive Garden, so its pretty decent. The staff are friendly and warm but not the most attentive. The past three times weve been there its been faster to order our dessert and check out via the tabletop computer because it took so long for our servers to come back to our table. Id still recommend heading there if youre craving Olive Garden, but if youre craving some good Italian food there are plenty of better local options with more flavor and better service.

This is your standard Olive Garden. The food is fair although the last time I was there my salmon was overcooked. The service is a little uneven. They have tablets at every table now and Im not sure if I am expected to summon the serves via this device or not. I hate these devices so we remove them every time we go - who wants to go out to dinner and be distracted by a screen blasting ads at you the entire time? In short everything is average to above average and yet there are always crowds of people and not enough parking.

Our waitress was amazing, prompt and friendly. There was never a time where we felt like we were waiting for something. Wine was poured, salad and breadsticks came out, my soup was there immediately after those showed up. As soon as our salad plates were empty, our entrees arrived. Both were delicious and because I got the buy one, take one deal, my second entree was boxed and bagged as soon as the first was finished, We treated ourselves to dessert and that was amazing as well. All around great experience.

Rudest hostess Ive ever had. When we got to table I asked if there was booth available. She reluctantly took me to booth, then proceeded to tell me it would make her job a lot easier if I would of asked for tha booth before we took our 10 second walk to table.Sunday afternoon the restaurant was not even half full. The service rest of dinner wasnt much better, more interested in taking care of table of 12 then my son and I. Knew there was a reason I havent been there in over 5 years.

Very lovely setup in the restaurant. Polite and helpful hostess and waitresses (no waiters?). Very good food. Got my 12oz steak on a huge plate, which wasnt too bad, but felt like a little much. When I drank my drink, I could tell that they cleaned their drink dispensers recently (working in customer service really pays off). And those bread sticks really are as good as everyone says they are!

Was greeted by 3 ladies ready to seat us. As always great food, best time to go is between 4 and 5 pm. Before they get real busy. Our meal started with a very friendly waitress. She had a smile and was tentative to all our needs. Checked on us often but not to often. Made sure we had everything we need and even offered to help us to use the kiosk. I will go back again and again.

Had a great experience yesterday when me and my daughter went out for lunch. First the hostess was really kind and funny when seating us. Next the waitress, which I cant remember her name, was probably the best waitress Ive ever had anywhere. She was super kind and prompt. My 8 year old even made a comment. Highly recommend Olive Garden, especially if you get this waitress
