I tried Firehouse for the first time today. I ordered a small Turkey Bacon Ranch. The sandwich tasted great but other than that I was not impressed. I paid $5 for a 3.5 inch sub (yes I measured it). The size was incredibly disappointing for the price I paid. I felt like I was eating a kids meal. On top of this, I ordered through the drive through. There was one person in front of me when I ordered. I took me 20 minutes to get my 3.5 inch sub which is way too long for a drive through.

Went here 2 hours before they closed. Waited 6 minutes in drive thru, nobody answered after repeated attempts to get someones attention. Called their listed phone number and it just keeps ringing. Figured they were closed early. Drive around front door and see lights on, people working, people eating inside. Giant waste of time. Clearly poorly managed staff.

Walked in and there were two staff members. Neither greeted me. One continued to mop the floors and the other went into the back room. I walked out and went across the street to eat. No customer service whatsoever.

Best subs in town! New York steamer is a good choice if you dont know. But all their stuff is good. Also love the hot sauce bar; lots of fun. Id recommend it.

Food was pretty good. I thought all their subs came hot, but mine was cold. Service was ok. Not rude, but not very friendly either. Maybe it was a bad night.
