PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW! This does not pertain to the Quality of food or Ambiance of the restaurant! This pertains to a staff member in perticular, who is working with Your food! An unshaven, messy looking old man with a Nasty Demeanor! I am a Sous Chef specializing in traditional Italian cooking! Mino is currently searching for line cooks. Cooks are below a Sous Chef, but I am in need of work! So I visit the location at 9:58am (6/15/17) & ask to speak with management or the Chef. Rudely greeted by this disheveled looking "Cook" or "Kitchen Manager" who didnt introduce himself, offer a hand shake, Nothing! He snarked "theres NO CHEFS here" continually being Snarking & borderline Nasty says; "youll have to speak with management they arent here until later" First you gotta fill out an application! Whilst following him to the office to receive an application, he Snarkely asks "how much money do you want? I need to know?" I replied; What job position are you looking to fill? "A Line Cook he snaps" I ask what type, Saute, Pizza, Salad.."He cuts me off & snaps a Line Cook" Sets app. In front of me I put my hand on it & said well the salary I would need depends on the position but if you need to know, I will need $15hourly min. " He snatches the application away, laughs & snarks "You Wont get that here we Dont Pay" I said oh okay Shocked that he stated this & took the application away from me! Stunned I said um well I guess thanks. & Proceeded to exit Minos! For those with Management experience & knowledge of laws, understand that he broke the law by Not letting me apply! Truthfully I lost my will to apply when I first made contact with this unknown older man! If this is how they treat members of your local community? Does one really want to support such a business? I am flabbergasted by this experience! I wish I could Sue them for not letting me apply because I asked for TOO MUCH MONEY ($15an hour is Not Good Pay) Survivable for the summer but terrible pay, how can someone support there family? This is Not a beginner kitchen for high school kids! They probably have a staff of highly underpaid & overworked Line Cooks! The Menu Looks Great! I even ate there two weeks ago! This is why I was interested in working at Minos in the first place! I Pray the world wakes up & people start earning what they deserve! The restaurant business is very hard on employees & a lot of restaurant employees are mistreated underpaid & overworked! I assumed this too be a good place to work! I can see now that I shouldnt assume anything! I am boycotting Minos; None of my Chef Friends, Regular Friends & Family will ever visit again! When asked, I will share my experience with anyone who wants information about Minos!

We went there with a kid for lunch on sunday, our waiter micheal was keen and really helpful, the calamari were delectable and the brick oven pizza was amazing, highly recommend it if your passing in Naples. Nous sommes allé à ce restaurant avec notre enfant, le serveur michael était compréhensif et extrêmement serviable. Lassiette dentrée de calamar était succulente et les pizzas au four de brique étaient vraiment bonne. Je recommande ce restaurant à tous ceux qui passent par là.

We just had the most amazing dinner at Minos. The fettuccine with meat sauce and fettuccine with asparagus and pesto sauce were absolutely amazing. The house-made egg pasta was cooked perfectly. The fried olive appetizer was delicious. We have never seen this on a menu anywhere. The olives were stuffed with mozzarella and mortadella cheese. We were so impressed we ordered a Zucca e salsiccia pizza to take home. They brought it to the table in a box and it smelled heavenly. Sausage, sage, butternut squash, mozzarella and Gorgonzola cheeses were quite the delicacy. Thank you to the entire staff for first rate service and delicious food. Cant wait to go back.

To start our waiter was very informative. He recommended the shrimp scampi (must had been a special) and it did not disappoint. Usually the wife is the only one that eats it but when I saw it, I had to have some. It was so so good. Then the pasta arrived and you could taste the freshness. My wife said she could taste that the gnocchi was homemade. No dry pasta here. My spaghetti with meat sauce was fantastic as well. We stumbled onto this place while getting our Tesla charged at the nearby Tesla super charger. Even though the restaurant was a few blocks away, it was well worth the short walk. Tesla picked a great location.

Incredible true Italian Cuisine. Staff on point to guide you through the menu. Best pizza I have seen. Only place I have ever found eggplant pizza complete with an egg topping. Food is made from scratch daily.... The gelato is to die for. The fresh pasta is mouth watering. Thought I had experienced Italian food until I experienced Minos. Atmosphere is cozy for Tin City. This is going to be the real Italian restaurant offering Naples has!! Prices are resonable with a full bar and wine offerings.

Eating here is like making a stop in Italy. The owner is from Abruzzo and is very friendly, always out interacting with customers. Fried olives and meatballs were very good. Tried the Nonno pizza and it was excellent. Unfortunately did not get to try the pastas but Im sure they are great as well. Be sure to try the gelato; its homemade every morning. It comes in a large portion (enough to share two people, not that youll want to). Definitely a must stop if youre in Naples.

I make it a point to have lunch at Minos at least once a week, actually I crave it! The food is delicious and the ingredients are so fresh! It is not your every day Italian restaurant, and for that I am thankful! The staff is alway fun, & on their "A" game. I tell all my friends & Co-Workers you must get in there, your missing out! The Owner & family are always so welcoming and happy to tell you about any and all menu items. So do yourself a favor....AMAZING!

Hands down, this is the best Italian Restaurant I have experienced in a very long time. Fresh ingredients, well prepared and presented by informative, friendly and charming wait staff. I had saffron pasta and tried the fabulous pesto filled pizza oven baked artichokes. This is a 5 star experience and priced quite fairly. Just go, you wont be disappointed.

AMAZING food and gelato. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and the service was great. The carbonara pizza is to die for, best pizza that Ive ever had. Had so many amazing flavors and depth. The homemade gelato just totally sent me to heaven. I love this place and will definitely be back to try more menu items.

My all time favorite Naples spot hands down! Had the best fresh al dente pasta with peas, shrimp, and tomato Ive ever had last Thursday, went again last night and was disappointed. Perhaps the wrong chef last night. Ill still go back to make sure he hasnt lost his touch.

This place is very easily the best Italian restaurant in Naples and possibly the best restaurant in Naples overall. Carbonara pizza, entrees straight from Italy, fresh pasta, seafood and gelato made by the owners. I dont know why I would eat anywhere else.
