In an industry where your business survives solely on customers, I would expect to be offered sincere customer service. Not only was I not greeted, we had to actually let them know we were ready to order. Sadly the young lady could not end her conversation with her coworker to assist us. She seemed very bothered that we wanted a smoothie. We left. Terrible experience and a horrible representation of the Tropical Smoothie company. No wonder there wasnt another customer there, with several hours left in their operating day.

The smoothies are great and the sandwiches are great....I see why so many people have left negative reviews based on service and the lack of being greeted. I walked in and was the only person in there other than the 2 girls working, neither girl greeted me or even cared to pay much attention that I was even there. Once she finally did come and take my order everything went pretty smooth but all communication was off after that. Too bad the service is what it is or buisness would probably be booming for you guys.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! And the new girls they just hired are even worse. No greeting, no eye contact, they act like customers are an inconvenience, they gossip and complain in front of customers and are sloppy making the meals-- just slopping the food together like they are being forced to make it and leaving chunks of ice all the way through the smoothies. Id rather drive the further distance to either lakeland location.

Usually is good but they have a racist lady who wouldnt open the door for me and my wife when its clearly 1010 but when we get back in our car a black lady goes up to the door she opens open with no problem with a big smile looking at us yes they get rid of her then 5 stars until then 1

Flavorless. Andthe 3 burnettes workin there look and act as miserable as they probably get paid. And yall need to do some deep cleaning. Ugh the store is nasty. And yall touchin all ova ur faces while makin SUM1 ELSES FOOD. Go back to school. Ill neva go back.

Like the smoothies but the staff has changed and customer service is NOT their strong suit. Definitely makes me feel like we are bothering them by walking in the door.
