My wife and I have been giving this establishment buisiness since its inception. After todays incident, I will unfortunately no longer be going to this restaurant. My wife and I wanted to grab some quick lunch from their menu, and after several very short, Moody responses straight from the owner, we knew something was wrong. I was looking for oatmeal on the menu and it was cleverly hidden on the breakfast menu as a breakfasts bowl, and not directly stated as oatmeal. The owner of this buisiness snippyly said its to the top left under the breakfast meals....not to argue semantics, but it was mid left on the breakfast menu labeled last. I decided to brush him off and order some oatmeal and also a Spicey chicken wrap. When we got to the pick up window, he took my card as I said "here". He looked at my card, and then at me, and gave me back my card and said "just go". I was befuddled as to what was happening. I asked him that he wont take my card? He said that he doesnt want my buisiness because I was being a "dick". I was shocked, especially because of the way I was treated at the drive through. After an exchange of words between he and i, I told him that I wasnt going to give him service anymore, and that social media will be hearing about this event. I am very disappointed because I have been giving them buisniness since they have opened. This is a place that has simple minded health foods that are over priced, but purchased out of convenience......please share this with as many people as possible, because this nut job owner shouldnt harass his own customers.

I honestly went here because of the bad reviews. I love going to places that have smoothies, as you can probably tell based on all the reviews I leave on yelp, and felt that it was my opportunity to review a place for the food and not because of my opinions of what ever an employee did or not do. In any case you can never fix stupid people that waist their time leaving bad review because of something they have heard or something they made up to make it seem real. So here is my review: The smoothies are the best in Cleveland for the size and price. The service was supper fast and courteous, even thow they seem really busy. The menu seems to be the older version as the owner informed me that a new menu will go up soon. I can say that the food pictures do not do justice to how the food looks once it comes out. I usually buy stuff I see on yelp and the food did not disappoint. Definitely a good move to get a new menu up. There is honestly no good healthy food around that area, and as I dont eat fast food, this is the best for the grab and go and on the move function of my life. Disappointed to see the bad reviews here, I would hate to see a business lose because of people that never even tried the place.

My daughter ordered a pasta dish and I ordered a tuna wrap. The tuna wrap is officially my favorite tuna wrap/sandwich. EXCELLENT! The pasta dish my daughter ordered was packed with flavor and veggies. I couldnt help but picking off of her plate. We each order a smoothie to go with our meal. Of course we wanted to taste each others. We just kept passing them back and forth because we couldnt decide which we liked better. They were both very natural tasting: no protein, sugar, or artifical flavor. To top it off, we ordered a piece of their carrot cake.... we had to since the menu said it was amazing. So while Im writing this review, my daughter, who didnt even like carrot cake, it hogging it. Yes, its that good. The worse thing about our experience is that the restaurant was empty. Come support this local business owner. I dont think youll regret it.

I have gone here several times and kept hoping the experience would improve, as there arent many places to get smoothies or wraps in the area. It got worse each time. The chicken was always dry. The guy doing the drive through got pissed at me because I "wasnt talking loud enough" and would snap at me every time I spoke. Then I got up to the window and they had wrung up my order wrong. Another time I went there on a Sunday evening and no one was there. According to the hours on the door and internet they should have been open for a few more hours but they never posted anything saying differently. And on my last visit, I tried to give the guy, who I believe is the owner, my punch card. He snapped at me that he doesnt punch for combos and closed the window. Im just happy Pulp is open close by now.

We purchase form longevity often but more recently have tried to avoid. The owner is unprofessional and needs a few lessons in customer service. Barking and scolding customers is not the way to grow your business. I dont appreciate being yelled at through the drive-thru because YOU dont have an item in stock. For the inconvenience that YOU caused ME from not having something in stock can be addressed simply with an APOLOGY as opposed to yelling and making it out to be my fault. Not only have I personally experienced this, but so have clients that have come into our place of business. Do everyone a favor, go pick up a "customer service for dummies" book and read the first 5 chapters, I feel this will benefit not only you but your business as well.

Owner is a psycho. I work in service industry and used the bathroom here as I have no office besides my truck. I left the bathroom clean and walked to my truck when the owner ran out the back and started verbally attacking me for using the bathroom and not buying anything. I have purchased food here prior just not this day nor ever again with the way he yelled at me and to top it off he took a picture of me in my work vehicle. He said this isnt a portopotty go to a gas station but in different words. Please avoid and do not give this kind of business your money and if you work in an industry where u have to rely on the patronage of businesses sometimes to use the bathroom steer clear of this place or be prepared to get an ear full.

Worst customer service ever. The experience felt very unwelcoming by the owner and I placed an order that he would not fulfill and he refunded me when I did not ask for a refund. "we dont do any major changes to the orders". All I asked was for no granola on my breakfast wrap he was super rude not only to me but also to his employees my advice to you bro is listen to your customers I was very polite and very disappointed Ill never come back here again Ive been a repeat customer for a little over a year now and that attitude problem just lost you some business my friends and woman who were with me also said the same and could not believe how rude he was it was really disappointing and ruined our morning! Good luck!

How NOT to be a mature business owner. Paying an employee with pennies because they called off from a shift, and the owner had to work on his birthday. The tough thing about being in charge, is that youre ultimately responsible for the business you run. If you cannot handle having to pull an open/close, doubles, working on your birthday, having employees call off/no show, and being in charge.... Then dont run a business. Suck it up buttercup. No one has pity for a manager/owner having to actually work. This doesnt speak well for the business or the character of the owner. Very petty and childish. But I guess you can do these things if you dont want your business to have any longevity.
