La mejor Vicky bakery que hay en el area. Los sándwiches son deliciosos sin excepción de ninguno, los desayunos todo hecho al momento, y los pastelitos y demás son exquisitos.! Hay otra Vicky bakery en Miami Gardens drive, cerca de la I-75 que me queda frente a casa, y ya no voy mas! En xamino al trabajo llegó e esta y las chicas son divinas y rápidas ! Ojala y no cambie! Al Cesar lo que es del Cesar.!!!

call for the first time and already having difficulty in communication my hands where Almost tied I needed to order the phone I was issued an email me to send a picture with detail information I sent the email they never received it and they said that they have a new email the decorator sent me the same email that I sent i told them that this was The email that I sent them and long story short they wasted my time because I did this in the morning and I told him I was going to call them at 6:30 and my hands were so tied I couldnt call them I could have done this early in the morning if they have if they were to listen and next day came and I couldnt get the cake that I wanted because I was supposed to let them know 2 days before so I 1st and last time

Theres no Vicky Bakery like the one in Miramar Parkway. I used to visit Vicky Bakery in Hialeah when my mom lived there. There is no comparison with the one in Miramar. The store itself is very nice decorated, with a lounge area.The staff are very friendly .You can see all of them working together and providing a excellent Costumer Service. The pastries, croquettes, sandwiches, are DELICIOUS!!!!!. I had an order with cake, cupcakes and cake pops for my sons birthday ( 3 months ago)and the cake and cake pops were magnificently decorated, the cupcakes were the best!!!!. I highly recommend to anyone this Vicky Bakery. The best thing that has happened in that area.!!Id wish they open one like that in Sunrise Area.

When this opened near the house I was so excited. Goodness we have been there about 10 times and every time is worse that the previous. You asked for the food and they dont listen. Today was the last day for me. I told my husband today is the last time we buy here. Overcooked eggs, burnt bacon and soggy fries. Tostadas not even cut in half. Just awful service. Please listen to your customer if they ask for specific things tell them no if you cannot do it, dont just give them what you want and hope they dont come back to complain.

Amazing food but the service is too slow in the morning. Love going here but only when I have time to wait. I have gone 4 times throughout the week before 9am and its always a 30 min process for a simple breakfast. They only have 2 or 3 people at this time which is crazy because the line grows almost all the way to the door. I had 30 minutes to analyze this by the way... I wish their service was faster so I can go more often.

The most beautiful Vicky Bakery that exists, excellent service, those complaining of long lines in the morning, its a bakery and they have the most delicious pastries and everyone wants in, but the girls are pretty quick serving. The pastelitos are over filled with guava, they definitely dont leave you wondering where the filling is. The croquetas and Cafe con Leche are on point! I visit at least twice a week. Two thumbs up!

Lines were outrageous. Chicken salad was rancid; SOUR!...Additionally customer service was HORRIBLEI was accused of having bought the salad before I actually did, as if that were not enough...I was refunded only half of what I paid. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER.

Ive been coming here for about a month or so and the friendly staff already greets me by name. Yes, it can be a bit slower on weekend mornings, but to me, it only means that people agree its a great Cuban/Latin bakery in the area. Shout out to Meybel for her awesome smile and service!

Very busy in the morning. Uderstaffed and confusing. You have to take a number to order pastries? Then no one calls numbers they just line up at register. Food is fresh but they need to train the staff and get a better manager. It shouldnt be so hard to order pastries and coffee.

THE WORST VICKY BAKERY IVE EVER VISITED. I ORDERED 6 HAM CROCETAS AND THEY TASTED DISGUSTING SO DISGUSTING and the lady who attended me had the worst additude ever. Im never going here again and DONT GET CROCETAS FROM HERE!. What a waste of money and time in that long ass line.

Horrible experience in this bakery. Very sad they havent been open that long to have such bad customer service skills from management. Chicken salad was sour. Got over charged. I sincerely do not recommend this Vicky Bakery in Miramar to anyone.

Even if youre not into Cuban pastries, buy a freshly-squeezed orange juice and read the quotes theyve put on the walls. Youll be inspired. And if you do like the pastries, theyre all 1/2 off from 6 to 7 PM which is when they close.

I have loved Vicky Bakery for years. Raised my kids.going to the miami lakes.location. Now.we have the Miramer.location around the cornerr and am there every Saturday. Love the staff, the decor of uplifting sayings, and the food.

Probably the best service that Ive ever gotten at a bakery. Everybody is friendly and always help you with a smile. The pastries are always fresh, and the coffee is never cold. I really love this place.
