I live in a densely populated neighborhood and one of my neighbors ordered from this place. I know this because the driver sat in the middle of the road laying on her horn, upseting a number of other neighbors. When I called the pizza place I was told by the manager "the horn is standard practice if the person who made the order isnt answering the phone" I was then told to take it up with whomever made the order and find out why they didnt answer the phone, forcing the driver to use her horn. For your neighbors sake, dont order here. For the record: The correct way of dealing with such complaints, whether you agree with them or not, is a polite "thank you for making me aware of the issue. I will look into it. Have a nice day." NOT telling the caller "there are lots of things that wake up a sleeping baby. A car horn is only one of them. Thats the way the world works and you need to get over it".

Stayed overnight this past Saturday in town for a comedy show...pizza arrived as we were leaving for the show...upon our return from the show approximately 4 hrs later noticed they messed up the order...called and explained situation and the guy that i spoke with was very rude and disrespectful saying we ordered the pizza 4hrs prior and was trying to get a free pizza...Explained i wanted what i paid for...he began to say i would have to pay for another pizza....at that time my boyfriend spoke to him and he again was rude to him and at a point told him "f*** you" The next day i took the entire pizza back and spoke with the manager on duty that returned my money...even though i was made whole i WILL NEVER order from them again when i am in that area because of the attitude and disrespect of the guy i spoke with...i wish i had his name because i would make a complaint to the owner

Im usually not the type to leave reviews,especially on places Ive never had before I usually like to give the benefit of the doubt and try them a second time. Unfortunately I was just so disappointed on the quality of food I received and service. 1st thing my order was completely wrong so wrong to the point I had to give it away it was almost as if they gave me somebody elses order completely 2nd the delivery time was all off. Finally when called to discuss the issue nobody answered the phone. Im disappointed because Ive usually heard such great things. Hopefully they get it toghther soon. I work in the hospitality industry and give recommendations constantly. Dont know if Ill be suggestiong this place anytime soon.

Nasty food...Nasty service.. Nasty attitudes...Im not sure who runs this place but whoever does should get it together..the food was HORRIBLE ..LIKE I COULD HAVE HAD MY LITTLE BROTHER PUT IT TOGETHER...just poor quality... And theres absolutely no way a delivery that is down the street (literally 6 blocks down which takes 6minutes to get thru) should take them 1hr and 45mins...I didnt go in because I was at work but like the other late night pizza joints I expected them to be decent considering that they are downtown Cleveland where there are hotels and such... ...

I was comming home from business and decided to get a slice, the browns were playing the broncos and just intercepted the ball, glad i didnt miss that but i order two slices and i was hungry so i scarfed the first one. Tasted the next and it taste like garbage real garbage smelled like it too, like they got the crust out of the bend.!!!? Asked for a refund just got a attitude (No thats fresh,thats fresh, I checked this morning) .That was wrong the customer is always right. Didnt even get a refund. Horrible will never go back, will tell everyone.

i order food one night and waited 40 min. i was expecting them to call my name but i seen people who came in after me getting my food they had it sitting there the whole time. that bad communication on their part. and they was busy but i seen some white guy watching everyone else work. so next time I will just order pizza instead of sub.the reason Im upset because the order was wrong and had to wait 15 more minutes. i like the place but come on get it together.

Stay Far away from the Euclid avenue Down Town Cleveland Guys pizza shop. My food arrived late, i tried to cancel and the manager threatened me that he was not going to refund me the money. The food arrived cold. I order a calzone was cold, french fires all cold and cinnamon sticks burned and hard as a rock. Folks of you value your money please i urge you to stay far away from the Euclid Avenue Guys pizza. The manager is a crook and a thief.

Well i was not impressed. The price for the pizza was great but I asked for a sub at it was 9 dollars. Then after waiting 15 mins my sndwich still wasnt ready. I heard a guy in the back say "well do you want it fast" and your answer is yes. With 6 employees in the back and no other customers I would have expected the service to be fast. How long does it take to make a sandwich. Apparently for some it take longer than others.

Didnt expect much from a cheap ass pizza slice joint. But, the guy working the front desk didnt look me in the eyes once, was rude as could be, didnt know much about anything that he served, and we found a fly amongst the middle of the "house salad" that was buried in a pound of shredded cheese. Again, I didnt expect much from a $1.50/slice pizza joint at 10:30 pm, but this was ridiculous. Ugh :/

I was recommended this place by the hotel I was staying at. And with that, I was expecting something I would remember. Instead it ended up being a disappointment. Not to say the food was bad, but it was nothing special. I didnt want to come to Cleveland and try mediocre pizza. I would have stayed in small town Ohio. But I imagined this place would be excellent when highly intoxicated.

Here on business, and I placed an order for delivery and was told 45min. After 1hr 15min, I called for the status of my delivery to only be told it would be another 15min! I live two blocks away! And on top of that, the person I spoke with on the phone gave me a rude answer as to why its late and then hung up on me when she was done. Ill never order from here again.

After visiting the "Rock and Roll Hall of Fame", we came out to a truck that wouldnt start. We realized wed be there for awhile so we ordered a pizza. Guys actually sent out a delivery to our broken down vehicle. The food was good and the driver was very cool to us. We appreciate it and will remember this experience the next time we visit!

Guys did a fine job with a large order for my co-workers. The order was 100% accurate. The driver arrived early; he was patient with the building securitys procedures and helpful in getting the food up to our floor. The food was still hot; and the pop was still cold. Most importantly, everything was delicious!

My girlfriend and i ordered a N.Y. style deep dish 5 item pizza. A 17$ medium pizza that was HUGE. Ive been eating pizza for almost 20 years now...guys pizza was the absolute best pizza ive ever had! When i visit Cleveland again i will make sure i return. Too bad yall cant deliver to erie pa lol
