This place sucks ! The food is not even cooked well. The bacon on my BLT WAS ROCK HARD. 2nd WAY TO PRICY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! Everything seemed off and frozen .. I hope they get they stuff together. The locations in Orlando are making some rocking good food ! But here its just like if they have to put something together soon as you walk in the door . Places like this that are not busy or not good at all my experience here is horrible. I would never eat here again ever !! The food quality is very bad ! No heart or love was put into my food. I came during the day too if ya wanted . Around 12:00 - 1:30 How can a business run like this no customers in the store.

Clean with fast and friendly service. A bit pricey for a burger only. Whatever size you order of fries, they are sure to give you DOUBLE the amount in the bag, as the fry cup is over flowing. Just under $17 for a regular sized double patty bacon cheese burger, medium fry, and large drink. Food tastes great, just not worth the price when compared to Red Robins unlimited beverage and shake selections, as well as unlimited fries. Still, an overall nice place for a more upscale and tastier version to your local BKs or McDs. Just be prepared to drop some buckage if youre not dining alone. Aside from price, would have received (5) stars vs. the (3) I gave.

Went in ordered $40 worth of food for family. Order was not correct missing food. Called store once arrived home and realized there was food missing. Half of family did not eat. Was told by store when we called they could not remake our order. We ordered on 4/21/2016 at 6:23:08pm order number 88. Poor customer service! If the store would like to correct I would be happy to change my review. Update..4/27/16 it seems that upper management is much more responsive to customers. Received call and they will replace our order. Im satisfied with the resolution.

Gave me the wrong order, was on hold for over 20mins. Stay on hold the whole time while I drove back from Bartow.. Still on hold when I walked in. To my surprise, only one customer was in the store. I though from the hold time they was packed.. Probably the last time I come here. Best bet if you going to drop 20 bucks on a hamburger go some where else... Took about 2 hours to get a hamburger.

Obviously the most important aspects of a restaurant is the food and the hamburgers and fries was great, I honestly believe it tastes better than the other leading companies that sell hamburgers. The staff was friendly and very helpful showing the ropes of how the food menu works. By the way, the menu is simple to know how to order what you want to eat. Overall, a very good restaurant.

I ordered a small drink they said they were out of small cups and I have to pay for the next size up that didnt seem fair its not my fault that theyre out of small cups I should have been charged a small and gotten whatever cup they could give me also the cheese wasnt melted on my burger but other than that staff was very polite and the place was very clean

This use to be a great lunch place. Went in today and music was blasting. Clerk could not hear me very well. I saw the BLT so thought this would be worth a try. Wrong! Bacon was room temperature! (How could this pass health inspections)? So, looks like the young punk rockers have ruined another great place.

Favorite hamburger joint hands down...fries are second to none. Wifey normally gets the grilled cheese and daughter the hot dog, no complaints from either. Highly recommended.
