As told to me by my Wife: My son and husband went to a Five Guys in Huntsville and raved about how good it was, so when I saw that there was on in Rockwall. I got super excited to go there. So this last week, I was able to go to Five Guys,and based on my families review, I was eager to see what these great burgers would taste like. Flat,flavorless burger, like what has been said. The lettuce I had was the worst part of the head, yellow and mostly core. Buns were nothing special, almost as if they just took a Mrs. Bairds grocery bought bun and slapped on the burger. Felt it over priced for what I got, and the fact there was no "meal deals" was kinda frustrating. Fries were ok, not the best. And even though they were seasoned with loads of things(at least it looked like they were) they were not that enjoyable. Had I known how costly a bland meal was going to be, I would have gone somewhere else. Felt the price point compared to the overall taste/presentation of the meal was terrible. The peanut barrel was even bland. Stale and flat. Cant even compare to how places like Texas Road House has them. The staff was ok and the place clean. But based on this experience I cannot recommend Five Guys Burgers.

I was under the impression that this place has some of the best burgers out there. Instead, I found it way overpriced. Burger was just OK. Fries portion was skimpy. Not even hot and fresh. Burger was almost $9. Fries $3+. Good shake more than $4. The meal was worth nowhere near $17.52. $17.52 for a fast food burger, fries and shake? You gotta be kidding me!

Came from the hospital. After visiting. My son ordered 3 burgers. The mushrooms were like someone put rocks on the burgers my wife didnt know what. They eere and the grilled onions. Were like plastic now generally. We love 5 guys eat. There quite often but this was by far the worst burgers we have ever had sorry 5 guys but this. Is true

Great sloppy burger, just the way it should be. Large fry portion, youth have to go Cajun style. Fast friendly staff. The Coca Cola machine with a 1000 flavor options. 10/10 would go again. I think I found my new burger joint. I cant believe I havent been here before.

The fries are always good (and plenty), however, the burgers are average at best. There are better options for counter order burgers in Rockwall especially for the price. The workers are friendly and seem to keep it relatively clean and they also have an out door area

Worst, most tasteless burger in Rockwall. They wont even bother to cook your fries a little longer to ensure they are crispy rather than greasy and limp. Until this place came along, McDonalds was the worst we had. Now, they are comparatively pretty good.

Really great burgers and fries. The only reason I dont give them five stars is their hamburger buns. They just suck. Also their iced tea is nasty. Otherwise service and environment are great.

Ive been to several five guys. This one does the one cup fries not the tradition known for tons of fries. Burgers are good. Staff is not super friendly.
