I went to this location with my boyfriend. We were seated fast, but everything from there went downhill. It took at very long time to get our order and when it came out the boneless wings that we got were dry and looked like they threw the sauce on them and the burger that we also reviewed was hard, cold and my fries were missing. After we got our order and started to eat, not one time did we get checked on, our waitress didnt return to our tabe at all to refill our drinks or nothing. When we asked for to-go-boxes, the check and to speak with the manager she took all day to get all 3. When the manager comes over to the table he looked like he could careless about what I was talking about, he didnt apologize for us being unhappy with the service, he just made excuses saying that they are a new store(4months old), which dosent mean that the are just able to throw your food together...overall bad experience with the waitress, food, management and how everthing was handled!! Will not be back

HORRIBLE Worst restaurant I have ever been to --EVER. Horribly loud, getting food and drinks incredibly slow. Tables of drunken people in physical and verbal altercations and management did nothing. Not much fun to listen to a girl screaming f$&k you across the restaurant numerous times. The table next to us threw straws and ice at us and thought it was funny. The person in the booth behind us kept coming over our booth in a drunken stupor. When we were leaving the Manager was outside and we told him what happened. He was not interested in our complaint and was very indifferent. As we walked away he resumed texting on his phone and smoking his cigarette with no interest in going inside to investigate our complaint. Do Not Wate Your Money at this place very poorly run, very dirty, and the food is awful. We did not even get the food we ordered but they charged us for it. Without a new manager this place will be out of business.

Food usually comes out good but the service is terrible. I only get carryout and it doesnt matter who is working the front they are rude and inconsiderate. Other bw3s have very friendly staff especially tiedemon in Brooklyn but the downtown one has the worst employees. You will get bettet customer service from your cable provider. Bw3 please do something with your staff before you lose your downtown business. You have a lot of competition and downtown customers are loyal only to themselves.

One of their employees stole my credit card number while I was paying for my meal. Aside from that, their service has still been very poor even on the best days. The only redeeming quality of this place is the hot wings, but thats only because theyre the same as every other BW3. I have had to dine and dash here twice. I had to dash because I waited over 30 minutes to receive my bill. I really shouldnt have to wait that long just to give you money, so I stopped waiting and left.

Im not one to complain unless the service is severely sub-par, and in this case it was. I ordered food to go and a drink. The drink came out pretty quickly. I watched three other customers come in after I did, order, and get their food. After forty minutes I got my food. Then she gave me a ticket, I put my card on the table and waited another five minutes. Then I took my card and left the food. Service was absolutely terrible. I love BWW, but this one sucks.

I really like BW3, and its very convenient to my location. But, I order lunch takeout from this place almost weekly and 50% of the time they forget something related to my order (not an exaggeration). Today, no Caesar dressing on my Caesar salad. Other days, no sauce container in the bag. I dont like to complain, and I like the people there, but dont understand the issue. Definitely check your order before leaving.

Out of 6 drinks, 3 of them came back wrong. We marveled as the server decided to bring every drink back, one at a time. She checked in on our group a single time though there were only two other tables and several other workers just hanging out and talking. I get this is new, but this place doesnt even come close to living up to even basic expectations service wise. Two stars since the spicy garlic is pretty good.

A split basket of boneless wings and a side of potato wedges took FOREVER to arrive at our table, and we had at least two occasions where runners tried to deliver food to our table that was meant for another customer. That being said, the food was really good. Please offer additional food baskets. Its difficult to cut up these very large bites in a small fry basket that is heaped-up.

waited patiently and ignored for 50 minutes, after ordering 2 orders of chicken fingers and fries for 2 kids, and myself 5 wings and a side salad...many customers came in after me,only they got there food before me. They came out with the food, and i told her, our event at the Q, starts in 20 minutes, no thank you, and left. Will never go back there again

No idea what is going on!? Could cook the food faster myself! Food took forever. Only reason I stayed is because of the great service from Black bartender with the curly hair! (Sorry I forgot her name) She was the only one who happily engaged with me and went beyond to attempt to fix the numerous problems I had. Place has potential but goodness...

Worst experience ever. Went there before Cleveland vs New York and I was brought the wrong food. When I finally got the right food it wasnt how I ordered it. So then we go back to watch UFC 200 and order food and it took over an hour and a half then only half the food comes and the people dont even know who gets what and it was awful.

Great place great food go to the bar they get my food and drink right everytime longest wait I ever hade was 40 min on the very busy days and 15 mins or less on a slow day a great place to have a beer over 30 taps. The bartenders are amazing. Go order a drink watch your game and enjoy I know I do everytime I go.

Not happy with the food! Tuesdays are not the best days to visit. The food seems rushed and my last Wings where tough. The bartender (lacy) did not care to ask why I didnt eat all my wings. I will not return on a Tuesday night. *i had to eat else where because I was not satisfied with the quality of my wings*

Service was ok but check your bag before leaving if you order carryout food. Half of my food that was ordered (and paid for) was missing when I got back to my hotel room. All accompanying sauces were not present as well. Service gets a solid check but competency of core execution is an utter fail.

Im pretty sure the night we went, management wasnt prepared with staff due to high school hockey and Monster hockey at The Q that evening. Place was absolutely packed. We saw our server twice, had one refill on the kids drinks, and wings were very light on sauce.
