The burger itself was very good, but the customer service and portion sizes were a big disappointment. When you walk in, there are two serving lines, roped off, leading to two cash registers. I waited in line until I got to the front, when the cashier angrily told me to go stand in the back of the other line. (Apparently that was the pickup line, not the ordering line.) Not only did he not apologize for the lack of signage and the confusion, he kept glaring at me the whole time I stood in the other line. And then he stood there idly doing nothing while people waited 20 minutes to place their orders. The pictures of the burgers on the wall make them look huge. In reality, these remind me of silver dollar burgers. Certainly unimpressive for the price.

I have been here numerous times and its always fantastic. The burgers are so good. I always get a cheeseburger and fries. The french fries with Parmesan and herb are fantastic--a must try! Burger Fi is one the places I eat at about once a week. The onion rings are huge and great. I think my favorite part of the burger is the potato bun - always fresh, toasted and the brand just makes it cool. One of these days I will try the frozen custard! Oh, they have one of those fancy coke machines where you can make a gazillion soda combinations--and they serve beer--great for after a day at the beach.

My husband and I had a great lunch here. The price is so reasonable for grass fed beef and you can order it just as you want it. I had their veggie burger and that was also terrific. The fries are so very good. We had the ones with Parmesan and an aioli sauce. We like them extra crispy and they made it that way -- really terrific. The staff is wonderful, so friendly and accommodating. We even had two people come by to ascertain that we were happy with our meal. Cant wait to go back and try their hot dog and other items.

We are staying at the GalleryOne Doubletree Suites and wanted something local. Ate at Burgerfi-Sunrise twice yesterday. We ate there twice because it was so great the first time! Food- fresh, delicious and priced right. Service- OUTSTANDING! Tom, Chris and Porsche made us feel at home and were prompt with our food delivery. The only problem is we wanted to tip them and there was no tip jar...LOL!

I came here on vacation and still remember it like it was yesterday, the burger was delicious I had to order another, it is well worth the price and I loved it. The cook was easy-going and gave me a good description on the meal of my choice, highly recommend this place! Best burger joint I have ever went to, now only that the meat is known as "organic." Tasted pretty fresh as well.

My family and I were vacationing in FLL and decided to try BFi... what a wise choice!! The atmosphere was casual, the establishment was clean and best if all, the staff was courteous, and friendly. Our food came fairly quick and all orders were accurate. Whenever we are in the area, we will definitely stop in again.. Awesome place!!

I had the single with cheese "green style" (no bun). It was delicious and messy--just what I like a burger to be. I sat outside. The music selection was good and not too loud; it was easy to have a conversation. The onion rings were also pretty good, but I feel like Ive made better ones at home. They were big, though!

12/28/14 - food posioning alert - my wife and I ate there last night as a "splurge day" (meaning we are normally very health conscious when traveling) and we are both down with awful food poisoning today...Im sure it wasnt a malicious act by an employee but just a heads up if you are here on vacation

Havent been to BurgerFi in a very long time, used to be a favorite.... Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked about a gluten free menu, the response was "....no". When I asked about gluten free options, the response was "we got hotdogs". We ended up going somewhere else for dinner.

Came here with a party of 16 people with no call ahead prior to coming in and they were very accommodating! Helped pick the best deals for making our large order reasonable in price, and gave us samples of the ice cream after dinner! Couldnt be happier with the service and highly recommend them!

The customer service is flawless! Ive been at ritz Carltons with worse service than this place! Been coming here for a year and the food is always perfect and consistent!!! Think no more and come eat! No I do not work for them but good food and service deserves to be rewarded

I ordered 2 singles with bacon and cheese and a bucket of Fries to go. A small order of fries would have been enough for the 2 of us. Burgers hit the spot! My only complaint is that the food came so quick I had to guzzle the goose IPA I ordered to drink while waiting.

Clean set up. Friendly and quick service. Fries arent burnt to oblivion like in some other burgerfis. Burgers and Hotdogs cooked perfectly. two people can split one order of fries. costs more than mcds or bk. less than sports bar. perfect.

Best burgers from a chain you can get. No antibiotics, grass fed beef. Also available is the vegefi style (bun is replaced with layers of lettuce) for non starchy burgers. Personnel is always great there. A sure value.

Its a really high quality Burger beer and shake shop. I tried the Ultimate Cheese Burger and it was very good. Quick and helpful staff. Couple of craft beers available. Its about $15 for burger fries and a drink.
