Had a great time(s) at the Mexican Cantina, Ft. Lauderdale. Staff was fun, attentive, and they know how to service Mexican Cuisine. This is a very laid back place, come off the beach, enjoy a 42 oz. margarita and stay for the Chicken Fajitas. The fajitas were sizzling, fresh and with an abundance of onions/peppers/tomato. We spent 8 nights in Ft. Lauderdale, and we ate here 3 times during the week. It is refreshing to have good food, great prices, and a fun environment. Recommend this place to those who are looking for an overall fun experience. Ask for Daisy, she will greet you with her smile and fun attitude! Miss you guys already!

Great Mexican food - I ALWAYS look forward to the fajitas when we make the decision to return and they never disappoint :-) The burritos and margaritas also get great reviews from my travel buddies. Its in a good location with parking close to the beach, not too much frontage so you can go past by mistake but the prices are very competitive and the portions are big. Jessica usually ends up our server, shes great, she remembered us from our previous vacation over a year ago. Evenings here are a highlight of our trips and we keep coming back!

Avoid if possible - mediocre food, greedy policies. 3 people served for dinner. 2 entrees were ok, the 3rd was steak with 60% fat. When the bill came, TIP WAS INCLUDED. Be careful of this one - the waitress came running after us for the original receipt - which is rightfully mine - hoping to snag it from us before we realize we double-tipped. No wonder there were only 4 parties in a restaurant that serves 50+.

Walked 2 1/2 miles from our hotel, specifically to eat here, and showed up at 9:30; even though their sign out front says 11pm as their closing time, when we walked in, we were turned away, as the staff decided they were going to close an hour and a half early because "business is slow tonight". Excellent customer service. (Sarcasm, for the uninitiated.)

One of the oldest restaurants of Fort lauderdale! The best service and authentic mexican deliciousness to experience! Try the Machaca Burrito and the sirloin steak burrito.. best for a hang over or a start of a ln awesome night :) big glass margaritas and big mug beers. ENJOY! and the staff are awesome!!! Love it here.

Ones had margarita drink with friend during "happy hours". Drink was $3 each. We (maybe) had 2. We end up paying $40 and very dizzy (felt very strange ). This margarita drinks were Not properly made. I never was back. Better go to Blue Martini happy hours, they have Real Margarita drink.

This is one of my all time favorite restaurants in the Fort Lauderdale area! The service is always friendly, menu selection is fabulous and will be cooked anyway you like it. Not to mention the margueritas!!

I just got enchilada ranchera.... terrible!!! Rice wasnt fresh, the enchilada salty as hell. Beans were just ok. Well tge salsa and chips were the only good thing. Besides that ....not good at all.
