This place has HORRIBLE customer service/management skills. I just called to place an order for a Dr.s office, and I was hung up on 3 times!! When I called the 3rd time, and told the girl (Jennifer) that I was hung up on 3 times, she laughed. I told her I didnt think it was funny, and I was hung up on AGAIN! And when I called back a 4th time to speak to the manager, I was told the manager was on the grill, and got to speak to a "somewhat of a manager". She did not care about my issues. She even put me on hold three separate times while I was in the middle of placing my order to pick up another phone call. Do you not have enough people to answer phones? If not, you do NOT put someone that is in the middle of talking on hold, and Especially if you are the manager who is dealing with someone who has a complaint!!! THIS IS VERY RUDE AND POOR SERVICE! I am not happy, nor can I believe the rudeness that was displayed by all I spoke with. I am very upset and will not be giving this store any future business. This is not how you treat customers, nor deal with issues. I hope this store and its workers learn how to treat customers better in the future.

We usually stop at a Cracker Barrel on our road trips. Ordered my usual biscuits and gravy, eggs over medium and the biscuits were day old, lukewarm gravy was like rice pudding and the grits dripped right through my fork. The substitutes were not any better. When it was brought to waitress attention she said ALL the grits were not firm. Replacement gravy was hot but still sat neatly on top of biscuit in no hopes of softening up the hard biscuits. The egg white was super dry and crisp instead of firm. When checking out I gave my honest opinion and cashier asked if Id like to speak with a manager when true customer service would have immediately had managers attention and had some type of recompense. Wont be stopping in at this location in the future.

Not all Cracker Barrels are created equal and this one for me is at the bottom. We came in at 9:15 pm an we pretty much got the bottom of the barrel as far as food and service. Wilted sallad, chicken popcorn instead of chicken tenders, chicken dumplings without the dumplings, baked potatoe hard as a brick, etc. Service was running arround more interested in exiting for the night than taking care of their customers. Some may say we should have gotten there early, I say is about commitment and professionalism. If the say they are opened till 10 pm then service and food quality should be the same as when they open their doors. Otherwise close early and save the trouble. As for me CB is no longer the place to visit after 8:00 pm.

Very disappointed in the service. We were visitors from Florida stopping in for a break as we travel and are usually very pleased with Cracker Barrel restaurants. We had to ask our waitress multiple times to bring missing items to our table. Part of my dads food was totally forgotten and we had to ask for it to be brought out. Then as Im sitting there waiting as the rest of my family has already went to the car, the waitress was more concerned with getting the salt and pepper shaker from our table than asking me if I needed anything else or bussing our table. So, again I had to ask her for boxes. Still walked out paying for a $51 meal and buying my son a toy. We wont stop back at this location in the future.

Ive been to this cracker barrel many times over the years. the service is always pretty good as is the food. we live the same distance from 2 different cracker barrels (this one n one in clarksville, tn). we choose this one since theres rarely ever a wait more than 1 or 2 ppl in line (even during lunch/dinner). we stopped in today for lunch at 1130 and got seated right away. ask for shateannas section (her name tag said T). shes the best server we have had at any cracker barrel. she was very pleasant n quick getting to the table. brought out drinks and biscuits/muffins right away. on time with the food. kept our drinks filled and didnt forget anything (even special requests).

Theres a saying in Leadership that goes something like, "Great Leaders make right the things that have been wronged." While spending an evening with friends, we ordered food, picked it up, returned home to discover some missing parts to our large order. The manager was very sorry to hear about our inconvenience and made incredible effort to make sure that she knew we were valued customers. Kudos to the stores manager, Shanay (spelling?) and her leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This is the best Cracker barrel I have visited so far. We have visited many locations around the nation and most have good food, but the one in cadiz ky got everything food wise perfect. Usually the steaks are undercooked and have to be returned to the kitchen or the eggs arent just right, but this one was on its game big time! The Food was incredible, the service lovely, and they offered a nice discount. I was excited to find this gem. Its definitely worth going to cadiz. :]

We had a trainee and a trainer waitress you would think 2 waitresses you would get service not so we got one refill on coffee when the food finally got to the table my grits wouldnt even melt the butter my eggs were cold and undercooked the biscuits were not good at all I love cracker barrel this restaurant gives the chain a bad name I hope that they do something to improve food and service

I live here in cadiz, we use to eat at cracker barrel often, but the service and the food is terrible! The managers do try to accomodate you but still didnt make the food any better, you cant go there and get a hot baked potatoe they have been cooked for hours/days! I dont know why they cant do better If your traveling keep going to the calvert city exit cracker barrel its much better!

The food is the worst cracker barrell I have ever had but service is pretty good... being that I was born and raised in Cadiz I have thought it was good till I ate at madisonville now I realize how bad the quality is they really need to step up the game... and the store part is totally crammed u can barely move to shop....

Bad service, only saw our waitress once she gave us our food and could not get her attention. Had to stand by the kitchen to get someone to give me a carryout container. Eggs were hard they seemed like they were brought in already cooked like Dublin donuts. All in all not happy

This location was terrible I waited 45 minutes for my to go order that apparently was sitting in the window for along period of time . I called ahead gave them the time they asked for I arrived on time and still waited 45 minutes for my order that had to be remade .

Nobody greeted us when we walked in. Waited too long to be seated. Only one person seemed to be waiting on a decently full dining room. We left after 20 minutes because we didnt even have someone take our drink order. Worst Cracker Barrel service in 20 years
