I have only ever written a few reviews in my life, but I felt it necessary to warn anyone trying to use their groupon special. I need to preface that my wife and I have eaten and drank at Novacentos many times (without incentives) and have enjoyed the food and atmosphere. My wife, however decided to take advantage of a groupon offered and it was a total bait and switch. The bait refers to the sneaky wording of the "special" 2 people for $40 (at a cost of $20), the sneaky followed with our server, whom we asked several times to clarify what the food option limitations were, which she answered by opening the menu and moving her hand up and down the menu stating "everything, there are no limitations" are you sure, we asked? She confirmed without hesitation. Unlike normal groupon users, we didnt simply order water but rather had cocktails to start and then ordered a bottle of wine, appreciating the restaurants offer to feed us at a discounted cost. The bill arrives and its $190. We were surprised and asked the waitress where the discount was. Only then did she explain "Oh, the groupon only discounts $10 per person (the groupon cost $20 and $10 is below the cost of a simple cocktail at this place). We even gave a $30 tip but this has left a very bad taste in my mouth (pun intended). I really liked Novacento and the food was good but I will no longer recommend the place to friends and will not support a restaurant that pulls fast ones like this on patrons. If they dont want to offer anyone the opportunity to try the restaurant out, with a worthy discount, then dont offer groupon options. Dont cheat your way into filling seats and reaping profits. We live right across the street from the place, but now we will take our business elsewhere.

Reservé a través de Open Table ayer a la noche. El sistema me permitía reservar hasta las 23:30 hs. Reservamos para 4 personas a las 23 hs. Al llegar recién veo que había ocupada solo una mesa y todo el restaurant tenía las sillas arriba de las mesas, cerrando. Recién ahí la encargada me dijo que el restaurant estaba cerrando. Una perdida de tiempo y dinero y una bochorno lo de Open Table. El restaurant no modifica sus horarios en el sistema. Lamentablemente me arruinaron la noche y tuve que terminar comiendo pizza en Segafredo en la esquina.

Muy buena ubicación. Justo al lado tiene un estacionamiento con Valet Parking. La atención es realmente muy buena y rápida. La comida es variada, abundante y se puede compartir incluso. La provoleta de entrada es espectacular. El lugar también está preparado para ir con niños. Vamos a volver con seguridad.

The food in this place is fantastic, and the music is awesome, but the service is - to say the least - horrible... They take forever to take your order, food items take forever to arrive. They like to take their sweet time and on top of that, add 15% "for your convenience" which is maybe part of the problem of why service at this place sucks so much. Also be ready to pay 8 bucks for "valet" only so the guy can park it right in front of you - and still expect a tip. It was the second time Ive been there (decided to give it a try again, as i said, the food is great) but i was just twice as dissapointed.

We reserved here for Valentine,s day and paid $50 as a deposit that would be refunded upon arrival, when we arrived there the staff was horribly unfriendly, people were sneaking in the line and just going rigth trhu, the food was nothing like argentinian food, service was still horrible, at the end we were charged full price, another $50 again not sure why and the deposit was never refunded, this Porteños from hell will snatch your soul from the devils clutches if they see abprofit in it and then will sell cheap meat from Presidente Supermarket, stay away at all cost!!

Es un lugar que se ve que le falta conducción, la carne no muy buena, la atencion regular, y para rematar con gente cenando se han puesto a ordenar el salon para el desayuno del dia siguiente, moviendo mesas y sillas!!

We went to Novecento for Mothers Day brunch and I loved it. The prices were very reasonable for the area and the eggs benedict were the best Ive had in a while. The only thing I didnt like was that I was charged $3 for substituting the bacon option for spinach and mushrooms because Im vegetarian. Why do they charge so much to substitute meat which is more expensive for veggies?

Just got back yesterday from the Conrad Miami, I was there for about a week. Instead of eating breakfast at the Conrad, for outrageous hotel prices, I came every morning to Novecento and really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and soft music. Great Cafe con leche, Argentine Empanadas (beef), and loved my mushroom omelettes. Great place, and recommend highly...

Not a fan of this place. Had dinner here a few times and it just never hits home. One time the gnocchi sauce had a chunk of the tomato stem in it and a piece of pasta from another dish. Also, for some reason, this place just doesnt feel clean to me. Its okay for happy hour, I guess, I usually pass on it and would recommend you do the same.

Had a great STEAK EXPERIENCE at NOVECENTO MIDTOWN. Came in for dinner for Gaucho Tuesdays where they have a real good 36 ounce bone in rib eye to share for two for about $60 and all bottles of wine are 50% off. Novecento is a great addition to our neighborhood and midtown. You can say that Midtown Miami now has an Argentine Steakhouse.

This bar offers quick valet parking next to the bar. If you like you can sit outside where you can smoke. If you go to novecento order there Argentinian steaks. Good selection of wine, beers with full menu. Happy hours and Sunday brunch which I have not tried. The menu is on the pricey side so go prepared and you will enjoy it.

Good old Novecento! They used to be very popular for happy hours for a while, until other places started opening up in the vicinity. During that popular time, they were pricks! Now they beg you to enter... I do enjoy the food and the place, even though its a bit over-priced.

I love this place! The food is absolutely amazing with real argentinean cuisine. The ambiance and outdoor sitting area is fantastic for happy hour. However, service is really poor so be patient. Make sure you get the Panqueque con Dulce de Leche.
