We had a fantastic time at the American Girl Doll Store and Cafe in Natick! We celebrated our twins 5th birthday and they loved it! The staff at the store was very friendly and helpful, especially the Manager, Ed. The staff helped the kids find just what they were looking for and went out of their way to be sure each child had a wonderful shopping experience. The food in the Bistro was delicious and the kids loved that their dolls sat with them to eat and were served their own tiny drinks. The Bistro staff was very welcoming and helped make the birthday celebration so special! I would highly recommend a visit, it was well worth the 2 hour drive.

$115 FOR A DOLL? PLUS $25 FOR A DIFFERENT OUTFIT? ALL FOR A DOLL THAT ISNT EVEN THAT HIGH QUALITY AND GETS SCRATCHED AND BREAKS EASILY? TIP: Just go to michaels (the craft store) and get a knock off one, theyre just as durable, look similar, and cost 75% LESS!! And sometimes 85% LESS when you have coupons! honestly just buy one of those, take it out of the box, put in a $10 american girl doll book that has a girl that looks like the doll on it, and your kid wont know the difference.

I was very disappointed in the Natick American girl store experience. We took our granddaughter to the store in Chicago this past year and it was really fun and the food was good. We all enjoyed the Chicago store and dinner a lot and we wanted to go again. The Natick store was OK at best. The food was very disappointing, the service was OK but in general if this was my first American Girl restaurant experience I would never go back.

My daughter was not treated well by the staff because the dold she chose to bring wasnt her real American girl doll she was not allowed to do anything in the store because her favorite doll isnt her American girl doll its her my generation doll that has a broken leg we fixed and she couldnt get the same treatment in that store that should be ashamed how they treated an 8 year old child

I went to the AGP Boston a few years ago, and Im hoping to go again this summer! It is truly amazing! Its expensive, but for the quality and the experience its definitely worth it! I ate at the restaurant, got my dolls ears pierced, and bought two accessories. It was one of the best experiences of my life and I will never forget it! Great job American Girl!

We brought my daughter here for her Birthday today. She had the most amazing experience, as did we. In the bistro Katy was amazing to my daughter and the manager also paid us a visit! Not only did about 10 salespeople say happy birthday to my daughter, they genuinely seemed happy as well! Such an amazing day at this American girl doll store!!!!!

I was in the area on a business trip and in need of Christmas presents. The store was clean and the staff very helpful. I was able to complete all of my shopping and get the gifts my girls wanted. They even helped me with discounts that I new absolutely about. I cant wait to see the reactions on the kids faces this Christmas.

My nieces loved it! We had tea in the cafe which pleased them to bits. I only wish I had thought of a way to charge enormous amounts of money for plastic dolls and still have people beat a path to my store. ;-)

I love the store! I went there a while ago with Flamingo for our birthdays. The store itself was amazing. But the directions were terrible, my mom had to pull over at a fire department to ask for directions.
