At my most recent visit to CG Burgers, I quickly realized it was the service that left the place empty. We sat at the bar and watched everybody sending selfies and texting on their phones instead of actually helping their customers. We asked the manager for a beer when he brought our food because the employees were incapable of getting off their phones long enough to run it themselves and instead of fulfilling that request the manager decided to count the registers and we went without. Finally after two more requests for a beverage, the manager asked a young man who again was on his phone to provide these for us. Fed up at this point we asked for our checks from the nearest employee because our original server was enjoying a beer at the other end of the bar. Getting our check was like pulling teeth because the staff was behind the counter...on their phones. There was an absolute lack of care. Finally after asking again, we had our check processed. We had asked to split the bill between two cards, however during his selfie moment he must have forgotten this and ran it all on one. When he handed us the receipt his response was that the first one did not work so he decided to put it all together, without consulting me. Total lack of service, worst I have seen in a while. These are great burgers, unfortunately due to the absolute lack of customer service, management included, we will not be returning. For the record, my wife and I both say this coming from years of management experience in the service industry ourselves.

CG Burgers is an interesting burger joint oddly mixed in with an Italian place next door and across the parking lot from Leftovers at the intersection of Military Trail and University in Jupiter. They offer an interesting mix of burgers, sandwiches, wings and a salad bar. There’s, literally, something for everyone on the ample menu, including vegetarians. I usually get the 8oz CG steak burger, which I would put up against any burger in Palm Beach County. The only better burger was Hamburger Heaven, now sadly closed. Until HH comes back, with their special blend of ground meats, CG Burgers gets my vote for the best burger in Palm Beach County. My only ding on CGs is the ordering process is painfully, maddeningly slow. Outside that its a great place. Try the salad bar and, if you go on a Monday, they have burger, fries and a drink for $5. Thats one of the local tips for eating in Jupiter.

This place is fantastic, the first time I ate here I got the Philly burger with garlic parmesan fries. Every subsequent time Ive come here Ive been tempted to try something different, like the Napa burger or brunch burger, but I cant ever bring myself to do it. I always say "next time" because the Philly is so good. I swear I will try them all someday, but so far the Philly burger still hots the spot.

Tasty burger. Very clearly a take on fives guys up a few notches. I got a pub style burger which was good because it was thicker and it had some pink in the middle. My husband got duped by the kobe burger offering. Kobe is marketing bs when you look into it.Thier regular beef is by Niman Ranch and they have a decent rep. The fries were not bad. Id like to try the onion rings next time.

The food was good. Burger was cooked perfectly. The garlic Parmesan fries were fantastic. The only thing I wasnt overly impressed with was the cleanliness of the restaurant. I walked in and my feet were sticking to the floor. The pop machine was full of sticky stuff. The tables were clean. But even the salad bar was a bit dingy looking. Good food but not the most appealing place.

I go there often. Never have been disappointed. Best burgers and fries around, and by far the best value. Now they have pulled pork and beef brisket. Had to try them both. Again, superb flavor and value for only $8.50. Kids meals arent chintzy either. The management and staff always make you feel welcomed and special. Cant go wrong here folks!!

Good burgers, not life changing but good. Meat is high quality and they tend to have options like kobe and bison. This is a chain and lacks some of the appeal of a true hole in the wall local place that makes a killer burger. A solid choice when you need a burger, but Im still searching for someplace in the Jupiter area that does better.

I was in the mood for a burger tonight and saw this place. I had the bison burger and zucchini fries. I was impressed. The burger was awsome and fries was worth the extra money. Pretty crowded with a mixed age group. My kind of place to eat. I will gladly stop by again if Im in the area.

Sometimes, you just need a damn good hamburger. In those desperate times, when fast food just wont cut it...in those times you can look to CG Burger and know that your craving will be met with a fantastic, juicy hamburger right to your face. Perfect.

First time trying CG Burgers. Burger was over cooked, fries were under cooked and the coke free style machine has what looks like pink growth on the ice dispenser. Clean inside other than the freestyle machine and lots of options for burgers.

So not worth the money. Hamburgers were mediocre, meat was barely warm they got the garnishes wrong and the onion rings were the greasiest I ever had. If you cant get a hamburger right what hope do you have as a restaurant.

Expensive for what it is and they like to start to close prior to being closed. Which means they slam stools on top of tables and clearing your table as a hint to leave. Its happened more than once and never will I return.

Decent Burgers. Ok service. Very overpriced. Spent over $60 for 4 when I couldve gone to Wendys and get a tasty burger for a fraction of the cost. If you like to pay $10 for an average burger, this is the place for you.

Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich took one bite and the chicken was raw. And when i get a cup they dont seem very clean so i get togo cup. Environment is decent but RAW CHICKEN!

Best veggie burger Ive ever had. The patty had a fantastic crust from a great sear and the bun was perfect. With the Chipotle mayo it was a five star meal.
