Disgusting! My first time there is witnessed the girl behind the counter deliver a burger to a group of guys, the gentleman touched it, opened it and realized it was the wrong order. .same girl came back out and delivered it to another table after watching this. What a disgust...before the girl bit into the burger, I ran over and told her not to eat it. I explained what had just occurred. .the customer was given an attitude when she asked for it to be made over. The same staff winked to the chef in the kitchen as she told him to make another one as she handed it to him. I asked her what the "wink" was for and she stated thats how she communicates with the chef. What an idiot. When I brought home my food there was a hair in my salad...otherwise Burger and wings were ok. I decided to go back tonite and got an attitude from the female staff. The manager didnt seem to care when I told him there was a hair in my salad. I ordered and when I got home , my Burger was completely pink inside! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I called back and spoke to the manager and all he sad was uh huh, what would you like me to do for you? No apologies. ...I dont care how much business they have, they will lose customers if they continue to treat customers like this. So P.S. ......never again!

There a lot of items on the menu at this place. At first it is a bit overwhelming, however there is a lot of good choices. You can choose the type of meat, bun, and toppings, or select from one of their signature burgers. I got the P.S. Rio De Janero which has a fried egg and plantain on it. They have gluten free bun options as well. There is counter style seating for eating alone and watching out the window. The only downside was the tempurature. Even with the AC seemingly on, it was still rather warm inside for a hot and humid NY day.

Had the steak and pear salad. Was not impressed. Salad itself was fine, the skirt steak was definitely not fresh and reheated because it was tough and chewy. I didnt finish it. Salad dressing was a glob probably due to sitting in the fridge for too long. Sweet potato fries were okay. Overall $15 is a little pricey for a burger place.

PS Burgers is always a great option. I love the P.S. Rio de Janeiro (provolone, fried egg, plantains, crunchy potato sticks & mayo). Their fries are nice and crunchy, and their SAUCE, did I mention their sauce... SO GOOD. I highly recommend it for lunch, dinner, date night, whatever, always an excellent choice.

The menu is very good and the service great. My only negative comment is that the last 2 times that I went, the quality of the burguer buns wasnt good (very dry and couldnt hold the meat)...

Burgers are really tasty. They have great dipping sauces to pick from. They include everything you need when you take your order to go. (i.e. napkins, forks, ketchup etc.)

Food here is excellent, especially the sandwiches! Only drawback is long waits during lunch hours. I would recommend going before the lunch rush starts.
