Just recently moved here to the Denver area & this is probably the best food of any kind I have tried so far. I dont know what they have on their menu because the lunch buffet is such a great value. For the price, everything is fresh, tasty, good quality & simple. Just enough items to fill your plate with good balance of entrees, sides & salad. They rotate main entrees on daily basis. Basic and clean dining room w/open kitchen so u can see food being prepared. Customer service is awesome. Sister/Brother team are super nice & attentive. Father seems to run things from the background & makes sure everything is up to grade. You can tell the family has great pride, respect & care for each other, their business and customers. I just wish more eateries were like this. If I move away from here, I will surely miss this place!!!

Great service and excellent food! The lunch buffet has a variety of vegetable and meat entrees to please the palette, and is very reasonably priced. I love the variety of rices, and the rose tea is excellent. Weve also ordered entrees, relying entirely on the recommendations of our server, and we have never been disappointed. The dessert with noodles, ice cream and rose syrup sounded exotic, and had amazing flavor. Not something I would have ordered without a recommendation, and its a new favorite! The restaurant relocated recently from Boulder. It was well reviewed under the name "Shishkabob Supreme" and was quite popular according to my understanding. This has to be among the best "undiscovered" restaurants in Westminster.

As a teenager, my absolute favorite restaurant was Kabul Kabob. They unfortunately went out of business, and I have been looking for an alternative for literally years. I found it. The guy who runs it is really nice, and the food was absolutely incredible. If anyone reading this has never had the pleasure of eating Afghan food, you owe it to yourself to try it. My favorite meal is the Rose tea and lemonade, Samosa, and Lamb combo. This place seriously deserves a lot more attention than it gets, hands down one of the best International restaurants in Colorado.

I come here often with my fiance and we are always amazed at the quality of the food. It is absolutely top notch Middle Eastern and Afghan cooking, flavored, seasoned, savory, and authentic. The service is fast, courteous and polite. The prices are cheap and very reasonable for the proportions and quality of the food. If you want an incredible gyro, a plate of perfectly cooked lamb or the tastiest, fluffiest basmati rice you could ask for, then youve found the best place in Denver for it.

Went for lunch, only one other patron was there. Awesome food and service! Got the gyro Sandwich which is wrapped with Pita versus gyro wrap (tortilla). It was packed (big portion) and was delicious! Chi tea was very good, more sweet than spicy. Restaurant has large floor plan with plenty of space between tables. Very clean. My only critique is add a little more color to the walls and provide free naan bread with hummus before the meal. Will return to try other menu items.

This gem of awesomeness is amazing value! Im a foodie-snob who avoids GMOs and anything industrial-food here in the USA. LOVED the family here whove owned this business for 30 yrs now in their 3rd location since the original in Boulder, and WOW< absolutely everything on the menu rocks of great taste, great value, and incredible left-overs! This is our stop anytime we leave town to get goodies for the road. I work near there and will be going for lunch often. YUM.

This place deserves all these 5 star reviews! My friend and I went yesterday and had never tried Afghani food before. We both loved our meal (I got the Badenjan Borani, eggplant dish with rice and a side order of bread, it was amazing) and the service was quick and friendly. Our server described Afghan food as having similarities to Indian food but less spicy, and that was how I felt it was. I will definitely be going back!!

We go grab dinner here about once a month....and we could easily go more often. over the course of the last two years, we have tried everything on the menu, and have never been disappointed. My favorite appetizer is the eggplant. My husband favorite entre is the lamb shank cooked in rice. I dont know if a I have a favorite. I was not as much a fan of the lunch buffet, so next time Ill just do the menu or gyro Sammy.

Honestly one of the best Iranian/Afghan restaurants you can find in Colorado. I have been here probably every Friday this whole semester, I live in Boulder btw. A very nice and well run family restaurant, their food is always fresh and clean. Two things that you must try here is their french fries and Chai for after the meal. My favorite dish is Lamb Combo with brown rice, always top notch meals.

The food was outstanding! This is our new Mediterranean/Afghan restaurant. Hummus was unbelievable, lamb shank was fresh and flavorful, and kids had gyro sandwich and they gobbled it up. Nice and clean restaurant, recommending to family and friends. This is a keeper! Thx Afghan Kabob!

Wow! Amazing food! Gyros are huge, with fresh cucumber and a hint of lemon... Awesome! Husband got the Lamb Kabobs, also great. As was the rice and potatoe dish that came with it. We will be back in a few days! Very generous portions. If you read your reviews, we want to say, thank you.

Have been coming here for lunch more frequently now since my Dr. recommended I eat more health. Excellent lunch buffet with meatballs, curry chicken, salad, spinach and dhal. Definitely would recommend. I will need to branch out into their main menu.

If you want a good taste of Afghan cuisine ... this will be your place. Halal meat and nice service. It is a family-owned business and they serve open-buffet for lunch. Prices are extremely affordable compared to other international places in Denver

The food was delicious and the service was great. The place looks clean and organized. The gyro was so good. The sugar coated fennel seeds brought to the table with the check were also very good. I would recommend this restaurant.

I love the gyros, by far the best in the area. They always give plenty of meat and the other ingredients are always fresh. I like getting the hot sauce on the side. Overall a great mom and pop (and sons, which is cool) restaurant.
