Apenas entramos la camarera nos advirtió que debíamos apurarnos con el pedido porque la cocina cierra a las 10 00 pm. No disfrutamos prácticamente el entrante porque nos estaban apurando. Cuando trajeron los segundos platos, la camarera nos retiró los platos del entrante sin pedir permiso y sin preguntar si habíamos terminado. En mi caso particular, pedí spaguettis con mariscos, y junto con los spaguettis había otro tipo de pasta, la salsa no tuvo el tiempo de cocción necesario, puesto que sabía a tomate puro y no a mariscos. Quedaban aún varios clientes, y estaban barriendo el salón y sacando las bolsas de basuras.

The waiting time is such a hassle. The so called "online wait list" is a piece of garbage, which does not work at all. Please improve your system. Please respect your customers time and do not mislead them by providing inaccurate information. I wouldnt bother to come if the website told me the waiting line is 50 mins instead of 25 mins. I ordered the linguine with clam and you served me linguine with mussel. Did it bother to ask? Did you really think I am not going to tell the difference between mussel and clam? The linguine was cold, tasted like instant noodle. I think most people like this restaurant just because its cheap. No quality, no service. Even the environment is noisy and dirty. Also the waiter was in such a hurry. I felt like we as customers were actually bothering him. I asked if you had a soup I like. I tried to describe how that soup looks like since I forgot the name. He interrupted me after 2 seconds and told me XYZ is what I wanted. He was so certain and I should have asked him how could he know without listening to me. It ended up being not what I originally wanted. I was reading the good reviews and I really wondered if we went to the same place. I will never go back again.

Muy malo este lugar, la ultima vez vertieron la bebida encima de mi esposa he hija, a pesar de ello, no hubo compasión con la cuenta me cobraron la ensalada, pues no es gratis, como no pedí plato jamas regreso ha este lugar ni se la recomiendo a nadie, esto es pésimo Too bad this place, last time poured the occasion party over my wife I have daughter, nevertheless, there was no sympathy with the bill they charged me the salad, it is not free, as ordered dish ever return has this place nor I recommend it to anyone, this is bad

Hoy fui a cenar , el mesero ronnye g , nos atendio demasiado rapido que llego primero la cena y a los minutos la ensalada ,, entonces tuvimos que comer la ensalada con la comida al lado ,,, cuando terminamos la ensalada ya la comida estaba fria , le pedi me la calentara ! Al final pagamos en la mesa en el tablet electronica y el mismo arranco el ticket , el mismo puso el survey ,,, el puso lo que quiso en el survey ,,,no creo que esa es la manera de atender a un cliente ,,pesimo servicio , gracias

Ha perdido mucha calidad. La pasta Alfredo no sabe nada como sabia antes. Parece que no tienen Chefs preparados en comida italiana o sencillamente no les interesan sus clientes ya. Solo espero que los dueños hagan algo antes que mas clientes se vayan. The restaurant has lot a lot of quality. The fettuccini Alfredo has lost quality. I never expected to eat something with so bad taste. It is like the chef does not know how to cook it. I am totally done with this location.

Signed up a rewards member on the tablet at the table & expected to get a free dessert, until I read in small print at the bottom that I will need an email confirmation that will be sent to me in the next 72 hours UGH marketing. So I asked to speak to the manager, since the waitress didnt seem to have much knowledge on the matter, if there is any possible way I could use the coupon now since I thought I was allready a member. Sylvia was very polite & professional she informed me unfortunately that Im not able to get the free dessert coupon but could still use a coupon on our meals but the dish I ordered wasnt what I expected, since menu items are different in Florida according to districts, & I would rather just have my soup....so she offered me another free soup!!which I would def recommend it is the best soup Ive tasted so far, "Zuppa Toscana".

The restaurant is run by a horribly rude little troll. She looks a lot like the wicked witch from the Wizard of OZ and she treats both customers and employees in the same way. You will recognize her because her long nose is permanently stuck to her i-phone. She insulted me and my entire family. My 6 year old had a nightmare about her. I complained to the GM and the Owners and the Corporate Office but she is still working there. Despite being a jerk (or perhaps because) she is probably good at keeping the business profitable. So if you want to eat in and contribute to that sort of environment, this is the place for you. I however would recommend you go to the Hialeah restaurant if you must eat at an Olive Garden in the Miami area.

A few days ago I went to this restaurant with my family. We received an excellent service. It took a little longer for the meal to arrive to the table and the waitress came by to apologise for the waiting. A couple of minutes later the manager Genesis came to apologise for the waiting. She explained us that there was a problem in the kitchen with the stove. She kindly offered us free dessert, but we didnt want to take advantage of the situation. At the end when the waitress brought the bill what a surprise for us, out of four meals three of them were credited (free) and the drink waved. The waitress was always around making sure that we were ok. We are very pleased and YES definitly will come back again.

El dia 29 de mayo mi hija estuvo de cumpleaños la invite a almorzar pues le gustan las pastas sinceramente el lugar muy acogedor la atencion super rápida la comida buena pero el mejor postre el tiramisu no los comimos ahí lo unico que no me gusto fue que los empleados que estaban a la entrada hablaban tan alto y lo peor no eran temas del trabajo

We arrived and sat down right away.The server was very polite and friendly, but for the price, the food didnt stand up to quality. The salad was fresh and crisp but way over drenched in dressing. The server offer a new one but it was too late. Minestrone soup was made with too much tomato sauce. The main dish, lasagna, felt prepackaged for just warming and serving, again, tomato sauce galore. Same for fettuccine Alfredo. Red wine was acceptable at $6 per glass. Dessert , chocolate moose, also tolerable. But for $90.00 for three persons, tip included, we will continue going to Amicis in West Kendall. So much for trying another place.

Muy mala experiencia en mis dos ultimas visitas a este restaurant,el pollo de los fetuchini quemado,sin sal la comida,la ensalada era mas pansitos que ensalada y muy mal servicio,mas nunca volveria a este lugar,ni que te dieran la comida de gratis para tan mal servicio y pesima calidad de la comida...
