I was not disappointed with the donuts and am beyond impressed with the customer service. While walking by, the encased donuts caught my eye. I decided against walking in since they closed in 2 minutes, but the staff waved me inside! I felt so bad since I told them Im a first timer and indecisive with too many delicious options. The man behind the counter offered me samples to take home and to come back to try more!! Maple bacon bar: thick maple glaze with an entire strip of bacon. Gotta try it! Creme brulee: classic crystallized sugar on top and light filling inside Vanilla icing with sprinkles: different than the usual with the rich, flavorful glaze Long John with vanilla frosting: thick rich glaze that actually tastes like vanilla The glazes here are true to the flavors they say, but are very, very thick. The donuts themselves are perfectly dense and moist. I cant wait to come back and try the biscuits!

I want to talk about my awesome experience with this specific location. So, as the reviews notes, the biscuits and donuts here are ALWAYS AMAZING. My favorite biscuit is the fried bologna and cheese with an over easy egg. I cant list a favorite donut cause Ive had so many fabulous ones. But what I think is the true highlight of this place is the amazing customer service provided by their super staff. Most recently I didnt check my order and was missing a donut. Not only did they give me my missing donut but threw in some free donuts. And, because I wasnt able to make it back to the store to pick up the donuts, they delivered them to me at work! And this was all about an hour before closing. You guys rock and you have a customer for life!!!

Truly a great biscuit and donut shop. Customer is nothing short of amazing. My daughter and I came by on the 18th of Jan. Our order was not correct. I called and let them know. They apologized and let me know our next breakfast was on them. Rise kept there promise and thanked us. I was floored. If its wrong theyll make it right. I highly recommend stopping in if you have the time. Its well worth a stop. I would like to thank the staff for their professionalism and outstanding customer service. Btw, the sausage biscuit with white cheddar is fantastic.

Good doughnuts and other stuff. Too spendy and their process is way broken. 9 employees standing around in the back picking their noses. One guy up front taking orders and collecting money. One person trying to fill the orders. Nobody looking very motivated. All "fast" food places are the same now. Everybody that works at these places are so afraid they are going to do 1 second more work than the other person that nothing gets done in a timely fashion unless there is a manager actively kicking butt and taking names.

Visiting Rise North Raleigh is a Saturday tradition for my family. Whenever we have friends and family visiting, they are more excited about visiting Rise than seeing us! :) Aaron Vaughen and his crew are always providing the highest quality customer service and cranking out the best d@mn donuts in Raleigh (biscuits too!). Also, there has never been a time that I wasnt tapping my feet or singing along to the music that is playing. Really helps get the weekend going! See you next Saturday!!

So, the biscuits are good. The cinnamon twists are even better - TOO BAD THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF THEM. Its really absurd. Twice Ive been and a friend of mine went too - all 3 times they were sold out! Whoever manages this location clearly missed inventory management 101 and is not looking at their sales reports to figure out what they should actually produce more of. Its a waste to go and continuously hear that they dont have something. Call ahead before you make a trip.

This place serves up a biscuit just about as good as it gets. Fried chicken or country ham biscuits with an egg cooked however you like it on a flaky and freshly made biscuit. Tastes just like mommas kitchen. Havent had a chance to sample the entire menu yet because Im addicted to the aforementioned biscuits. Cameron Village location is a carbon copy. Havent been to their other locations yet.

Awesome. Not any sitting room except for some outside seating and benches inside, but no matter- youll devour what you order in minutes. The Donuts are impeccably crafted, and the chicken biscuit is the best I"ve ever had. I could just eat the chicken, quite honestly- double brined and perfectly fried. Serve that exclusively and Ill be a customer every other day.

The food is terrific, prices a bit high. But the reason for the relatively low rating is the fact that the "tables" are actually maybe 10 inch wide boards up against the wall. Music extremely loud. I guess this might appeal to a different demographic, but we would only go back if we intend to carry food out.

First time eating here this morning and it was amazing! Great biscuits and doughnuts. Even better than the food was the service. I didnt get the guys name at the register but he was friendly and helpful and enthusiastic. Kudos on the great customer service, I was impressed and will be back again soon.

Oh my! Are you a fan of donuts? What about biscuits? This place has it all, with amazing quality. Biscuits ranging from plain to country ham to fried chicken that are all very well priced. The donut selection has options including both cake and yeast with incredible toppings. Delicious!

Local little chain the original Rise is in Durham. Its not your traditional doughnut place its creative and delicious. The staff was friendly they even let me in at 2:01pm. Their hours of operation is 7am to 2pm daily. They do provide seating inside outside.

Incredible donuts and a chicken biscuit that would make you slap your momma! The only issue I had at this location was the musi, it was like a club inside and outside. Makes for a bit a unrelaxing breakfast. Overall great food and service.

Great biscuits and donuts! The apple fritter and the hash brown cake are amazing! The only reason I give it a 4 is my daughter was given expired milk. Luckily she only drank one sip and told me it was gross.

The food at Rise tastes amazing, and their donuts are the best in the Triangle. Be advised that if you visit on a weekend morning and order a biscuit, you could be in for a long wait.

Been here every time I come to Raleigh. So worth the quick drive. Biscuits are tasty, staff is super friendly and the potato hash cakes are so yummy. Donuts are killer as well.
