DO NOT EAT HERE. By far the worst experience I have EVER had any eating establishment in my entire life. Ordered food around 6:10pm from Yelp. Paid online, received confirmation email saying that delivery would be in 45 minutes to an hour. 7:10 rolls around, nothing. 7:30 rolls around, and still nothing, so I decide to give them a call. I start by using the phone with the number I gave on my order. After 2 minutes of ringing, the call disconnects. A few minutes later, I call back, same thing. Thinking maybe theyre just extremely busy at the moment, I wait 5 minutes and try again. This time, after 2 rings, it goes to voicemail (which is full). Just for kicks, I grab my fiances phone (with a different area code), and call over. The call is almost immediately answered this time, and I ask politely where my food might be, given that its about 90 minutes in. The guy says hell ask, and after 2-3 minutes, he comes back and says (without any apology or any sense of concern) that the food has just left, and Ill have to wait another 15-20 minutes for the driver to get here. I say thanks for the update, and hang up. Another 30-45 minutes goes by (making it well over 2 hours total) and the food does not arrive. No one ever calls or anything, so I get food for the evening elsewhere. While Im driving somewhere else, I attempt to call and cancel the order, and predictably the call is not picked up. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this horrible establishment, and will tell all my friends in the area to avoid like the plague, in addition to warning you folks online. In my view, this is absolutely unacceptable on a number of counts. Guess my next course of action is to dispute the charge for last nights absent food... Stay away from this horrible restaurant that cares about neither their image, nor their customers. I have such a bad taste in my mouth, its unbelievable. Over $50 spent on food I NEVER received.

worrse customer service EVER. I called to place an order and the guy said "we dont have it" and hung up the phone. I called again if there was another optionon biryani and he said yes we do and i said lets go ahead with that... he didnt even say ok or confirm the order and hung up the phone. I called the third time and i got pissed and asked him not to hang up and tell me the waiting time. He said u can be here at this particular time and said sorry for hanging up twice and i could tell he was just trying to get by saying sorry. I went there and thought i would have appetizer since the food was not ready yet. As soon as I said my name he went to the back room and disapperead and came out with food after a long time. This customer service is not accepted. He was acting as if he is giving me food for free. He ddoes call u mam the whole time but very bad unacceptable customer service.

On 2/26/2016 we went to the restaurant in highlands ranch,Colorado. We were seated right away and the food was really good. The waitstaff were really nice, but the dress code was as if I just walked in to some low life bar. It seems like a nice place to dine and I think the staff should dress accordingly. Jeans and a t shirt dont cut it. Also there was a mom walking around , I assume was the host. He looked like a stalker to me. He could barely speak English and would just stand and stare at the guests. When it was time for me to pay he saw that I took out my wallet, preceded to walk over to our talk and stood and watched me count my money. I felt very uncomfortable. Not sure if Ill ever be back. But someone needs to take care of the host.

I have had both dine in and pickup experience at this place. 1. Had to wait a long time for any server to attend our table and there was no follow up after we ordered the food. Takes forever to get a check and pay for it. 2. My biggest gripe is that this place doesnt understand the meaning of "Mildly Spicy". The assumption here is that if you are Indian, you must eat spicy food. NEWS FLASH -- You are wrong. 3. When I ordered for pickup, I was told food will be ready in 40 mins. To their credit, it was ready when I reached there. However, it took over 20 mins to pay for it. They need to better manage their front desk. I may overlook other things if the place manages their spices better. I dont quite like the idea of paying to get burnt inside.

We went for lunch, seated within a few minutes, and the decor is much nicer than the restaurant before. Forgot the name of Johns restaurant, but he we enjoyed him too. We had the samosa and something that was a fried califlour fritter. Both fantastic, but I would have liked a different sauce/dip for the samosa. Then the chicken tiki and the house biryani. Ive never had a biryani so dont know how to compare, it was amazing. I could have eaten until I was stuffed. I would eat both again. We will go back. Fast service, the guy bussing tables was so polite and worked harder then anyone Ive even seen bussing tables and overall experience was great. Two thumbs up.

Amazing food and good service. Phenomenal chicken dum Biryani. Best biryani in town. I have eaten here at-least 50 times so far. We recently did get Catering from them and it was phenomenal as well. Perfect packing and in time. Guests loved the food. Dont let the name fool you, most all dishes are excellent as well. Chicken pepper fry is awesome, and so are most all appetizers. Give that egg bonda a try, its terrific. Before trashing restaurants I would like you to think about Indian food options we had few years ago in Denver. Especially southern cuisines. Bottom line: If you love good Indian food, this place will not disappoint you.

I am so impressed with this place! Its a gem of authenticity, with a great variety for the lunch buffet. Youll find the usual paneer, tandoori chicken, and several vegetable dishes, but there are so many other foods you may have not experienced elsewhere. My favorite was a medium spiced madras chicken. *yum!* There is also complimentary chai, which Ive not found even in Aurora! As for the frequently commented wait time, although we didnt wait much, we did see a few others who did. So I would recommend that if you want delicious food, you just dont come in a hurry.

Food is good! BUT THE DELIVERY SERVICE IS VERY BAD. I ordered the food at 8 pm and the food came at 10:30 pm. literally I to wait for 2 hours (just for 3 miles away) and still the guy didnt show up until I call them and complain about it and then the guy showed up after 30 min. Meanwhile I had to call them 3 times to let them know about the order and still no use. also they charged $4 for 3 miles for the delivery. This has happened to me 2 times. :( @Biryani Pot, Please take out the delivery option if you are not able to deliver the food in time.
