The 2 stars are specifically for the service, the pizza is 4.5 stars, very good. I went in to the store on Wed Jan 13, place an order to go, receipt was 6:19pm. There were some other customers in the store, but the wait staff was standing around for the most part, it was not super busy. At 7pm I went up to the counter again and asked about my pizza, the young lady at the counter went and looked and the pizza was done, it had been put up above the ovens at least 10 minutes prior, I know this because I watched one of the deliver drivers open up the pizza at a table near me, look at his ticket and realized it wasnt his delivery, and I watched him put it above the ovens. Of course I didnt know it was mine at that point, but when I watched the counter girl grab my pizza, it was exactly that one. 40 min to wait for a To-Go order is unacceptable, especially when its not busy. The delivery guy and the counter girl both didnt care enough to find out who the pizza was for, and if I hadnt gone up to the counter, who knows how much longer I would have been waiting. Really pathetic customer service, the pizza is very good, but I dont know if they deserve my repeat business after my experience. There are other very good options besides Fishhawk Pizza.

Firstly, I really like the people at this place. They always have a smile and provide courteous and prompt service. This place does get very busy because the food is very good. Therefore, please be patient if you are picking up food or waiting to be seated. That is to be expected of any place where the food is good and many people want to eat there. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants good pizza. I also recommend the chicken cutlet role. It is AWESOME and feeds a lot of people. Now...go get some pizza!!!

Been sitting here for 40 minutes for a SLICE OF PIZZA. Asked 2 Times how long.will it be was told 4 minutes, then New pizza had to be made. 10 more minutes... then told 5 minutes... still waiting 45 minutes........... Oh here it comes.... Hold for flavor and value... Its good... not a spot for a slice. Order over the phone then come in. Or delivery... just Finished and Wow! Totally worth the Wait! Manager handled the Wait issue and the rude waitress.

They have good pizza but their wings are not worth the money they charge. Also their pasta is bland and under sauced. I waisted $24 ordering their clams marinara. The clams were under cooked and the portion of spaghetti was generous but it just wasnt enjoyable at all for the price I had to pay which included a $2.50 delivery fee. Ill stick to eating just their pizza. Smh

Good pizza, tasty sauce. The place smells like my grand mothers kitchen - great memories. Stromboli is excellent. Staff is friendly and service is good. Been here twice and I enjoyed it both times. Girlfriend got a drop of tomato sauce on her shirt and the waiter rushed over with a seltzer. I liked it a lot. The place, not the stain.

The food took about 45 minutes to get to the table it was cold upon arrival. The cheese looked moldy and the crust was rock solid. To top it all off the waitress, Alex I believe, was INCREDIBLY rude and wouldnt stop shaking her fingers and saying "retweet" when I asked for a refill on my dr. pepper. Will NOT be visiting here again.

1/29/17: Poor knife work with huge, inedible/raw toppings on an undercooked pizza. Appeared to have an all teenage staff that could care less about a good result. I didnt know you could screw up pizza, especially when you pay close to $20 for a pie. Impressive poor execution on very simple task.

I heard such good things, so maybe my bad experience was a fluke, but the pizza slices were burnt, and the wings were under cooked. To be fair, I didnt complain (I never do), but this was my experience. The people were very friendly and offered to refill our drinks several times.

Very busy place, with a very long wait for a take out pizza. Last time 1 hr 35 min. If you want pizza dont go on Fridays or Saturdays. They are compromising on customer service because they are busy

We have eaten here 5-6 times. The food has always been good and very reasonably priced. Once we did have a rather long wait but the place was packed. It isnt perfect but the value is good .

Great pizza, nice place. The pizza was delicious. We sat outside to enjoy the pleasant weather. Its screened so the bugs wont bug u. Loved it. It will be my regular pizza joint now.
