We ordered two veggie biryanis to go and it turns out one is veggie and one is chicken. Totally disappointing as they cannot get one simple order straight. I then go back to return it few minutes later. It was already late in the night and we were tired from traveling at the mountains. So now, they replace it with a new correct order but not one apology for their carelessness. Not a single sorry, how can I make it better for you next time.. nothing. Got a wrong order? Ok we replace it for you. Now for the food. The biryani had its god awful taste and was didnt remotely feel like one. It was just spicy and acidic. Im a proper Indian and love a good biryani and love it spicy too but this was seriously not good. I got coconut kinda blended spices flavor with some vegetables carelessly thrown in with pieces of cinnamon and some pungent masala nothing like a biryani Masala (and yes I have had a paradise or bawarchis biryani in Hyderabad and I know how a biryani CAN be and have stayed several years in US to know how close a restaurant could make it around here.) Oh since I took a to go, I didnt face the delays that the customers were facing there at the tables. I could see some angry faces but thats not in scope for my review. 3 words - I am disappointed. Or should I say - not coming back.

The food was average; nothing exceptional. The menu was overpriced ($12-$14 for choley, saag paneer, and veggie korma), for only receiving 8 oz of each dish -- small portions. The staff was friendly; but the service was absolutely abysmal. We waited 55 minutes for food (when we were told 30 min wait.); to not even get all of our food at once (only the three curries and one rice order.) We had to wait another 15 min to get the bhatura, roti, and more rice. The bhatura ordered was also undercooked and needed to be sent back - but we didnt even bother getting it "fixed" as he said that there were 13 orders waiting in front of us (7 in house and 6 to go phone orders.). It was clear that people were all frustrated with the service tonight (Sunday, 07/02/17). I felt bad for the staff as it was clear that they were also in a tough position; but I think the business model of uber eats + to go + ordering in the restaurant needs to be addressed.

I just happened by this restaurant. The host was personable and there were many people enjoying lunch. It had a fresh new vibe and is only 53 days old. I was impressed by the reviews and they did not lead me astray! The buffet was outstanding, each dish had a wonderful combination of spices and flavors and there was a variety of dishes. Im not usually an eggplant person, but it was tasty as well as all the chicken dishes and the desserts. Because I am Gluten-Free, they took time to address my concerns, told me what to avoid and why and even was aware about the cross-taimination! On a last note, the owners are kind and honest. I left my laptop at the table and the host ran down the street to bring it to me. I was touched that he took the time out of his busy day to bring me my laptop. Bon Appetite!

I noticed this place pop up while driving past on the light rail and finally made it in. I of course had to get the buffet so I could try a variety of their entrees. Typically, at buffets they will be light on the spices to accommodate everyones pallet, but you wont find anything "bland" here. I tried the chicken Tikka masala, chili chicken, tandoori chicken and saag paneer. All of the chicken was super moist and not overcooked or dry. You have to wait a few minutes for your naan but its the freshest youll ever have.

Extremely welcoming and accommodating staff. Food is excellent, even at a lower spiciness level that my lady insists on. We got the house curry, the chicken tiki masala, and the house special Murg Massalam. All were excellent but my favorite was the masala, which went well with both rice and naan. I suspect the house curry would have been my favorite, if I could have spiced it up. #Compromises. Overall, an excellent experience, comprehensive menu, and quaint atmosphere offered by a chef-owned operation. A real gem.

Stopped by for dinner after walking around downtown, SO happy that we did! The chicken tiki masala is so flavorful and so tender! We also tried the saag paneer and bread basket. The special naan is phenomenal! If you love Indian food or food thats excites your senses you definitely should eat here. The staff was very friendly and it is very affordable. Most dishes can be shared easily between two people.

Ive tried the lamb biryani from a handful of restaurants around Denver since this is one of my favorite dishes, Mint has been the best by far. Good service and location. Will be back again. For folks traveling from Chicago, and use to the Indian restaurants off Devon, you wont be let down here.

The beautiful, authentic, interior in this romdeled downtown building is quickly undermined by the filth that inhabit the premises. If you dont mind sitting around mold and filth while Indian cuisine out of a soup can is served to you on a platter, this is the place for you.

Some of the best Indian food Ive ever had. My husband and I eat Indian regularly and have tried restraints in several states and this has been the best. The service is top notch and they take great pride in their food. I feel so lucky its so close to where I live.

Fabulous food. The American dream at work. The gentleman that was our sever was a refugee for 18 years. Now he lives in denver and is part owner of a restaurant. Very inspiring. And the food is incredible. No gimmicks no BS just good food. Highly recommended.

Could not find negative rating for this place. The worst customer service you can ever experience. You order couple of items and wait for 45 mins... and you get the same update... food is getting ready. Pathetic is the word...

Ignore the comment about the pathetic service, it is simply untrue. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional! I dine here at least once a week, and prefer it to their competitor a block over.

Super tasty and great selection of food. Great price for a lunch buffet. Service was great my boss forgot her computer bag and the waiter ran down the block to catch us and give it to her after we left!

Truly amazing Indian food and great customer service. Food did take a while to come to the table but they prepare each meal fresh and trust me its worth the wait. Their American chop shuy was awesome.

Best chicken videloo Ive ever had. What was even better was the coconut curry eggplant, phenomenal. If you are focused on depth of flavor and complexity of spice i dont think you can beat this spot
