The staff didnt really know whether some of the ice creams contained gluten. Thats fine. I get it but as a newly diagnosed Celiac, I am learning the ins and outs myself and had to Google some of the ingredients. As a food service establishment the emphasis of common food allergies should be listed and the staff should be somewhat familiar. Im not trying to give harsh criticism but genuinely want success and for eCreamery and customers alike to feel comfortable and safe with the flavours and ingredients. I felt a little burdensome and guilty for asking... And having to live with autoimmune diseases are hard enough. Other than that? Great flavours! Friendly folks.

I have visited this ice cream shop a handful of times over the years and have never really been impressed with any aspect of the business. The ice cream is of good quality, but didnt stand out. The staff is generally pretty good but are not always pleasant, even during slow times. Lastly, the condition of the establishment is lacking. I arrived early in the day and there was lots of dust, most of the surfaces and chairs were sticky and there was a very off-putting aroma. Overall, not too bad, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Some of the best pastries Ive ever had. I tried 3 types of cannoli, cucidati and the svogliatelle. I grew up with my Sicilian mothers great cannoli, and cucidati, and must say that the cannoli are the best Ive ever had, even better than the ones I had in Italy. The cucidati are exactly like those I grew up with, and the svolgliatelle were crispy and flaky. Anyone visiting Little Italy, or Manhattan for that matter, must stop by this gem of an Italian bakery to treat themselves. You wont regret it!

Super tasty ice cream and gelato. Usually a long line (10+min) when its warm or hot out, plenty worth the wait. Same if not cheaper than chain ice cream stores (im looking at you DQ, 6 bucks for 2 small cones SMH) and made fresh! Flavors change with the seasons (even monthly for some) and theres always a friendly face to help and offer a sample. If I cant make it into the store I love getting the pints at local grocers. Quickly becoming a must have from Omaha!

Ill be heading back to Ted&Wally next time. Better ice cream. Better service. Its our to-go place but we decided to try out eCreamery due to the great reviews. Ive never had smile-free service at an ice cream place till now. Its ice cream place - happy food and happy service, no? And the server had the cheek to ask for tip. The nice guy I was with tipped them though. On the up side - ice cream portions and topping are generous.

Fellow ice cream lovers put on your seat belts because here we go. You like ice cream? Youre gonna love ecreamery. The home made cream is freaking unbelievable satisfying when my tummy has the rumblies. The toppings are so amazing they put me in a food coma for 3 weeks. The service- out of this freaking world!! The people were helpful and friendly! If you want quality cream, come down to the ecreamery!

Excellent ice cream. eCreamery had already been a Dundee hit long before going on the popular hit TV show, Shark Tank. Although a deal was never struck with the sharks the publicity certainly didnt hurt. A must try, if in the area and wanting good icream, or perfect for buying online and shipped to your front door. Custom flavors, Packaging, frozen shipping make it a perfect gift.

Sea-salt caramel with a sugar cone was fantastic. My girlfriend had a peach tea ice cream with the waffle cone. The flavors may not be as out there as Ted & Wallys, but the execution is done well - very tasty! Cool little spot to get dessert after dinner in Dundee.

Cool atmosphere and smells great when you walk in. The waffle cones are really good! I got the gelato on my first ever visit and was not disappointed. The vanilla pudding and yellow cake flavors were excellent and rich! This will be a must stop, when Im in town.

Great variety of unique ice creams and gelatos. The homemade waffle cones were delicious and stayed crunchy for my entire two scoops. The interior is a little small, but its a great place to swing by and grab some ice cream while going about your day.

They always have the best frozen goods in town. They experiment with new flavors a lot, so you might be put off by some of the more esoteric selections, but they always have the staples available. Go often to get the best experience!
