My husband and I had seen the Popeyes on Taylor Road last week. We decided to get dinner from there tonight. Looking on-line we found a coupon for 5 pieces of chicken, 2 regular sides, and 2 biscuits for $9.99. When my husband got home with our dinner, 2 of the pieces of chicken were wings. I ate (or attempted to eat), the breast which was very dry and inedible. I did eat one of the wings, which was a little better than the breast. We have eaten at Popeyes in several states in our travels, and love it. It was obvious this chicken was old and sitting under a heat lamp. Well be sticking with KFC!

We went bought food to take home for dinner and after ordering 2 orders of chicken strips we waited while everyone behind us received their orders and after 20 minutes we ended up going inside to collect our food and when we reached our hone, hungry and tired, found out that we did not get what we ordered and paid $20 for. We are very unhappy and still cannot get anyone to answer the phone so that we can complain.

Used the drive thru and they were very patient, nice, and friendly. The chicken was fantastic. Cooked thoroughly and not one piece I received was dry. It was juicy with lots of flavor. Coleslaw was very very good and so was the mash and gravy. Soda was was below average tasting. Would definitely go back and recommend this place.

Service was speedy, mild chicken strips are absolutely delicious, biscuits good, red beans and rice also delicious, however the green beans are disgusting x( the look and taste like theyve been soaking in snot. Otherwise loved my experience. Will definitely order something else next time.

This is the second time we have gone to this store with similar results. We ordered the 5.00 box and for the second time got very old tasting, dry and barely warm chicken with sides we did not order. Done with this place

The managers and staff here are the best! The spicy chicken and biscuits are second to none. Be sure to try the blackened chicken tenders, that are so good!
