The food is wonderful. Unfortunately my groups experience was ruined because of the way the seating situation was handled. It was a weekend afternoon and we had a group of 6. We waited about 25 minutes for a table and were then told that our table was being cleaned and we should be seated very shortly. After approximately 10 minutes passed, it was explained to me that a diner from a large group next to our table decided to sit by herself at a table for six. Apparently, the staff cannot ask a guest to not be horribly rude by taking someone elses table. This is ridiculous and is a policy that make me far, far less likely to return to Red Robin. In addition, using a single tablet for ordering if you have food allergies is really cumbersome and somewhat painful for both the customer and the waitress. Once you figure out what you want you still have to have the computer on that page and open to remember all the options that are safe for that allergy. The computer is set to default out of the options page fairly quickly and it was difficult for even the waitress to get the computer back to the correct page. Its much, much easier to order from a regular menu that indicates what is safe/not safe.

Usually when I order a guacamole bacon Burger I get guacamole I mean if Im paying for it I certainly would like it on there. I dont mind so much that Red Robin is overpriced but when I order something I would like it how I ordered it. The server was nice and professional she even brought me a fresh soda after I finish my first one. However the double Berry cheesecake did not live up to its name. If youre going to give something and name and it says double Berry at least put some type of berry On it! And then to be charged for stuff that I did not order just because I was the last person to pay! That was probably the servers fault for not dividing the bill up correctly. The only reason why this was not brought up to the server or to the manager who handed me my cheesecake was because my wife no longer allows me to complain at restaurant but she cannot stop me from posting the truth on reviews.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Literally I have been here 3 times! 1st time : I was sitting in the bar section waiter spilled a whole cup of water all over the table and my phone and handed me a towel and said "here, you can clean this up" and walked away and my order was not the way it was supposed to be. 2nd time service was good order was wrong again. 3rd and LAST time service was complete garbage I was here for 1 hour they did not refill my beverage but refilled my husbands, my order was wrong for the third time my garlic fries had zero garlic, our server hardly even checked on us nor brought us more bottomless fries. I dont know why they cant ever get my order right. Its literally the most simple burger ever. Patty & bread. No cheese. No condiments. No vegetables. Very disappointed, and I gave it three chances.

It may look nice now but the service is going down hill. Its not just this one instance on several occasions Ive had bad service and orders messed up. Im very through when I order so I can get good service but it seems to elude them. I dont want the bus boy to bring my food and if its me and my daughter and we disappear probably assume they are in the bathroom before you clearbout our table. Red Robins has always been my favorite place to go birthdays or any other daybut today I found myself saying never again Id rather go to fast food. Where is the management at? From start to finish it was a disastrous experience and no one even cares or even get it

The service here is always very good! We eat here three or four times a month, and have never had poor service. The food always tastes quite good...havent been disappointed yet. However, my experience with some menu items is limited. The bottom line is that Red Robin in Nampa consistently has great service, great food. Be prepared to pay for it, though! This is not an inexpensive restaurant, and I think 2 $ signs might be understating things slightly. My strawberry lemonade was nearly $5... but, it was bottomless, like most all their drinks. I think the value is there... but, you need to bring a strong appetite! All in all, a great place to eat!

Always a variety of burgers to choose from, and you cant beat bottomless steak fries with campfire sauce. The service was not spectacular, but we went in on a busy Friday night. The wait to get a table was about 30 minutes. The floor underneath our table was very sticky. When they first escorted us to the table, we got there and it had not been wiped off.... So they really fast did it while we were standing there. There were employees whom i think were off work, but were standing round the cash register during our entire meal. Wasnt the most professional experience.

The service was absolutely frustrating. We had to ask for something four times, when we finally got the so called "bottomless" fries we had to leave, and did not get to finish the five fries that they had brought us in the basket. We pressed the call button, it was on for over five minutes and no one ever recognized it. When our server came to our table she still never asked what we needed. She was wanting to make sure we paid our bill on the tiny kiosk at the table.

Dinner was the standard Red Robin dinner nothing spectacular but not bad either. My biggest complaint is that the water at this location continues to taste like it came out of the sewer line. I refuse to drink it and everytime I come I ask if it has been fixed and it has yet to be addressed. This last part is really disappointing my family and I love to come to this Red Robin since it is close to home but sometimes I would like to have a water with my beer and meal.

NEVER EVER order food to go from here. The first time my food looked and tasted old and wrong. I later decided to give them another chance (regrettably) and ordered with a group of friends and this time not only did they screw up some of the orders, but completely left out mine. I double checked the receipt and sure enough we paid for food we didnt get. So Im sitting here hungry and angry due to a restaurants repeated incompetence.

The food is acceptable, the price... Eh not so much. Menu is varied without being overwhelming. My biggest issue of late has been the horrid service; no one should take over an hour to make a pair of burgers (seated at 7:20 burgers arrived at 8:40). The manager kindly explained to us it normally doesnt take that long, our burgers must have been taken by someone else... Watch out Hamburglar on the run!

I live down the road in a cozy apartment with a bright christmas tree and i thought i would try Mr. robin again for the shakes; the original reason for the 5 stars. I got the fish and chips. Mrs clause got the bbq burgs. I asked for garlic fries and got regular instead. In holiday spirit i still payed for the garlic fries and tipped gracious. Merry christmas son, i hope santa gives you more hours.
