It was the first time I had been to In-N-Out Burger. It was on a Sunday that we were there, late afternoon to early evening. It was very busy there, and to my understanding, I guess thats how it always is. It was very hard to find a table inside for the three of us. I went to grab one of the tables outside before it was taken, but it was too much in the sun and would have been way too hot for my mother-in-law who is in her 80s. With some luck, we were able to grab a table for two and just added an extra chair, which did make it a tighter squeeze, but at least we were inside. I really didnt see and feel what the big deal was about the food. I didnt think it was all that at all. I thought the French Fries tasted awful and the burger was not flavorful. As we were leaving, we did discover they had more tables outside and some with umbrellas...wish we had known that earlier, lol.

We went on a family recommendation...the place was PACKED at 2:30 Sunday afternoon. Both lobby and outdoor seating were full. Drive thru had CSRs taking orders before getting to order placement intercoms. No matter how busy, our order was perfect and food was delicious. Well priced and family friendly. Their menu is limited to burgers, fries and drinks that include milk shakes...and thats it. I did get a sense that they must have to cook a ton ahead in order to be able to meet demand and burgers were a little overdone for us but flavorful. Fries are cut right there and made from real potatoes. Not my favorite burger place but definitely a good experience and glad we decided to go.

Standard In-n-Out, they do the same stuff as all the other ones, but hey, a cheese burger for under $3 is a rarity now, and they still have it locked down on quality. If you dont mind the long drive-thru line or the equally as long dine-in line then you can feed all your crib-midgets on a budget and still have some scratch left over for whatever adult thing it is that you do. *All their packaging has Bible verses on it, Satanists have been know to spontaneously combust after consumption of food. Followers of the Dark Lord would be better served at Tilted-Kilt or any other skin-friendly eatablishment.*

If I could give this place 0 stars that would be great. My husband and i received old fries and for me a mushy burger, the after taste is as if i just had fish. I honestly dont know how their burgers are "by far the best" Id rather dine at five guys than this place. Unless there are better In-N-out elsewhere Ill go there and see If my opinion changes. Also, customer service was not so great I was told me rudely to scoot over. Even though their cash registers are so close together and it was pretty crowded, could have said something less broad than tell me bluntly to scoot over.

How can you describe nirvana? Eye opening, illuminating, fresh, tasty, never-frozen, special sauce and a tasty, tasty bun? If thats heaven, Ill take it. One of the few, and by few I mean only, fast food options I would absolutely cry and crave if I ever left San Diego. For lunch, dinner or a late night snack, the only place to go for a consistently delicious burger. The Sports Arena location can get a little crazy late at night, so do yourself a favor and walk in. Just trust. Do I even need to mention the animal style, or are you hooked already?

Its in and out as always its amazing. One problem with this in and out is that it is always full and there is nowhere to sit. Anywayd i woukd like to write this review on this guy, his name was emmanuel. Id like to just say hes so nice and uplifting. This guy deffinately made me smile and im sure others too. He was always helping people cleaning tables helping throw away trays etc. I sae tje best customer service from him than anyone else ever

I normally love in and out burgers and fries. The French fries we were served tasted off, I let the employee know and they offered me a fresh order of fries. These fries also tasted off, they actually crumbled in my mouth like a powder!!! The man sitting next to us said his fries also tasted weird. When I broke the fry open it appeared to still be frozen on the inside. Go to a different in and out burger if you plan on ordering French fries.

Same menu since 1948. Double-double remains my favorite. One of the rare fast food chains that I like for many reasons: 100% pure beef with no preservatives or fillers, everything cooked to order, hand-leafed lettuce, fries cut on site and cooked in cholesterol-free oil, no freezer, no microwave, no heat lamp. But most importantly, the employees are genuinely serving you with a smile. This location on Sports Arena Boulevard is great.

Fast food burger place with a short, straightforward menu. If youre craving a cheap, well made burger, consider this place for a quick stop. I really wish this chain would make it to the east coast someday, but the CEO essentially said it wont happen anytime in the distant future. I can keep hoping I guess. The fries are somewhat mediocre but that is easily forgiven considering the ok it of this world burgers.

Very average in and out. Typical long wait for something thats consistently above average and below normal prices. 4 stars for over crisping my dang bum every single time but at least thats consistent too. 20 minutes for a cheeseburger, again, consistent. Next time Im going to the desolate Del taco next door and eating my food before I eat the lining of my own stomach and am not hungry for hard bun anymore
