Was good the first time I went, totally blew when I went yesterday. Guy who was our server could not care less about us, gave three people one napkin, was late with everything. I said that I couldnt eat the seasoning so we couldnt have seasoning on the fries. So we were given UNDERCOOKED FRIES INSTEAD. Big Ghost burger was missing its ghost pepper sauce. All the buns were stale, dry, falling apart, and tasted like theyd been sitting out for two weeks. The server, his name was Rosendo, acted like we were a waste of his time. Really aloof, rude, terrible attitude, wouldnt come around to check on us and just kind of rushed things and seemed deeply annoyed. Only started to behave when his manager showed up. Manager was the only reason Im giving it 3 stars instead of 1.5 or 1 (that, and our previous experience was good). Manager brought us actually cooked fries that werent raw, and was actually friendly and took all the plates that piled up because Rosendo couldnt do his job. Rosendo only actually started acting like he cared after that, too. Jerk. Either way, Im really turned off from the place and am hesitant to go again.

We have been steady customers since the local restaurant opened and it was very good and they had excellent staff and service. We always arrive early when it is not crowded. We have been badly disappointed twice within the past 30 days. After waiting for 45 minutes we left both times. This time our server said, "its coming right up", and ten minutes later it didnt. The manager came to our table and said she was sorry it was taking so long and said they would comp our dinner. Later the server came and said we "were next." By that time we were tired of waiting and I said we are going somewhere else, and we left. I dont know what the problem was, but it was related to my wifes order. They could have offered a small salad or suggested another item on the menu. I dont appreciate B.S. like, "Your order is next", or "coming right up". Offer another item or a salad if customers are waiting for that long. There was no excuse. We saw other customers being served, the restaurant was not crowded, they had sufficient staff.

The so called gourmet burger looked with than at mc donalds.. presentation on the plastic plate witch turns around while I tried to cut this burger ( I m German. . So used to eat them with my hands) the Salat looked like rabbit greenery, or fresh.. sliced... not appetizing..everything a little bit muddy. It was a vegeterian paddy.... Taste all together still ok.. but not for 10 usd.I ordered different ipa draught beers and all of them had a strange taste like old. First lagunitas tasted normal. The 2. One odd and next day or another bartender offered me to try first. And both of these other ipa beers had a bad taste.. ( and I love the special tastet of IPA ... had different others before in other plsces.. so I know whats good.. it was like when wine tastes like cork ) but the bartender where not impressed by my suggestion, I cant recommand this burger restaurant

I love Red Robin, but this location seems to be going on a steady downhill slope. We went in the other day and I saw 2-3 groups of people walk out because the hostess was off doing some other job. They are currently going through renovations so it looks very incomplete at the moment, but I think for some reason they are also very short handed. The food is always good and the service is friendly, just dont know if the management here is all that great.

Service is very well here! This is a very family-feel restaurant, and my daughter loves receiving a balloon every time we go in. The wait is never long for me at least because when we do eat there, it is always during lunch time just after they open for the day. Prices are decent, the burgers range from $8-$11.

We always come here and today Im very disappointed. I order fish and chips the fish was stringy, it did not look good had hard pieces, then I asked them to sing to my daughter for her birthday and the waitress seemed like she didnt care they totally forgot never came to sing to her. My daughter was sad.

I ordered root beer after taking a drink, I asked the server if she could change the drink. It tasted too carbonated and watery. She said that they will adjust the controls then they brought me back another root beer and tasted the same and didnt bring the different drink I requested.

Theres always food on the floor. The service is always just OK. I really like the food. I dont like the atmosphere here. Everything is glowing red and it is so loud, even if you sit far away from the bar. I only get food to go from here now then I dont have to deal with everything else.

Bartenders here are the warmest and most welcoming every time I come in. Ice cold beer and some of the best burgers around. Plus tvs all around with all your favorite sports or news. Also inexpensive. 5 stars

CHP was eating here on their break. I had the croisant sandwich. Wife had one of the chicken salads. For $10, that salad was a bit small. Desert was the brownie/icecream. All good, no problem.

Service was great but kitchen took forever to get the food out. 30+ min for a burger and a wrap was too long. I will be back, by it will be a few months, so they get their act together.

Slow poor service, overpriced food, dark, cold, noisy atmosphere, all about getting your tip, did not feel welcome or comfortable, dirty restroom, just felt like cattle, never again
