The manager(early 20s blonde female) came across rude & nosey like she was trying to micro manage her employees. The portions were smaller than usual like theyre trying to cut costs. The food(ordered a shredded beef burrito w/pinto beans/white rice) quality was horrible. I asked for a lime slice from the manager & she flat out LIED saying they dont have any but yet the rice is supposed to be flavored with lime, which I could barely taste. Will NEVER return. CHIPOTLE IS WAY BETTER!!!!

Not excited. At all. Ive had Qdoba many times, its typically good. Not tonight. They messed up my husbands burrito and you know how they warm up the flour tortillas? Not this time. In the 3 minute drive that it took to get them home and opened, they were cold, resembled cardboard if I could imagine how that would taste, and just. not. good. At all. I will not be back to this location.

Went here with my wife & it was pretty good. Smallish parking lot, food was good tasting but the server we had couldnt wrap the burritos correctly. The building is small so each time the door opens it gets cold for a little while. When we went too, most of the tables were kinda messy

We enjoy coming here for their naked burrito bowls, which they make fresh in front of you. The ingredients are tasty, and service is fast. The only downside I have seen is that they get so busy that often we find ourselves cleaning our own table off from past patrons

Good fast food, yummy burritos. It was a bit messy to eat but still good. All the tables were dirty when I came in. The location is a little hidden even though its on highway 100, and its pretty small inside but maybe some people like it cozy.

If you want one of the Wisconsin traditions, you must get custard. Kopps custard is loaded with real ingredients so the raspberry custard is loaded with whole berries, not flavoring. All featured specialties are the same.

Friendly service... great integrity... unlike the one in tosa on 76th and Watertown plank.. the manager tried to over charge me and cut my toppings. . Told the lady on cheese to stop putting cheese on my quesadilla

They move you through fast, but they will take care of you. The kid that started our order was very distracted. The second kid wasnt very bright when we asked for two different kinds of meat on the bowl.

Ordered the worlds smallest chicken burrito, and on top of it being small it had little to no chicken in it. Not to mention it costs just as much a chipotle, its just smaller with no chicken in it.

The foods good, when they actually listen to your order. My wife is vegan (not the preachy type) and got the veggie tacos, NO CHEESE, which she said twice. They put cheese on it anyway. Oh well.

I used to love Qdoba but now the food service and food quality has severely diminished. They keep tweaking a menu that was great giving you less product and higher prices I miss the old Z-teca

No baby changing station in restrooms. Food is extremely salty. I used to enjoy this place but they seem to add more and more salt to their food making it hard to eat there.
