The chicken is fresh not frozen so it takes longer to prepare. Even though they keep it made up ahead of time they do run out, occasionally. If people who have large orders Would call ahead of time even if it is only 15 minutes before they go, especially those who have had problems. Someone ordered 30 chicken littles one time, the little sandwiches but didnt call ahead. Which makes everyone else in the drive thru have to wait. I fill out the survey coupon and get a free go cup with purchase of a drink every time I go. I complained when I had to wait 45 minutes in line. They gave me a free meal each time and changed the manager and crew. The tables need to be wiped off ask them for a wet towel, they will clean it immediately. It is hard to keep employees in this area. The new manager. Hes been here since the end of last year is doing a better job since he took over. I eat inside now. The most I have had to wait is 5 minutes and Zack usually brings the food to my table. Fill out the survey if you have any problems, it is worth the $3.50 plus tax you save by getting a FREE GO CUP. Each and every survey gets read by corporate headquarters and by the managers of the restaurant. I recommend coming here. They are pretty good about making things right, if have a problem fill out the survey. The tenders are awesome.

This place is a joke. When you enter the driveway you might expect to see a KFC employee blocking the driveway smoking a cigarette with his back to incoming traffic. The person taking your order in the drive through will shout can I take your order until you reply and then ask you to pull up to the window because he cant hear you, with the intonation that you are offensive by trying to order lunch in a drive thru.

Hard to rate a fast food location like KFC because you should know what youre getting yourself into by now. Spent many wasted minutes here waiting on something that should have been done a lot faster, they seem to always have limited staff issues.

There standard has dropped in the past year. The last meal I had my chicken sandwich had a off color lettuce and my chicken was not fresh . ill give them another try sinece this was my favorite kfc.
