HUGE fan of this place. My best friend and I try to come at least once a week because it is the kind of place that just makes you want to be a regular. I have never once had to wait to be seated. Everyone who works there is so nice. The food is simple but delicious and very inexpensive. You can get a huge plate of eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and toast for 5 or 6 dollars. Also, as every diner should, they are quick about refilling coffee which is a major plus for me. If you are looking for a consistent and genuine diner, this is the place.

I like the food a lot. Good prices and tasty. Last time I was there the two women working were being kind of nasty to each other though, arguing over whose responsibility it was to seat us. Also, when we were first in line for a table and there was a clean, open one, we had to ask multiple times for them to let us sit down there and relax rather than stand crammed along the wall. I would still come back but I was definitely not impressed with the service.

We were looking for a classic American diner breakfast on our last day in Boston. This provided just what we wanted, buttermilk blueberry pancakes with maple syrup was absolutely delicious. Would add that the maple syrup was a paid extra which we thought was a bit weird, and the vibe of the place was unusual for a diner (strange art for sale on the walls) but would recommend.

A run of the mill diner can be hard to find in ever price increasing Cambridge. I definitely recommend stopping by this place for some good ole fashion diner food at a good price, especially your basic brunch fare. Its good, not my favorite because I like inventiveness over cheap but if you need to save your pennies definitely check this place out.

Loved the place! Home fries awesome! Really home made not frozen! Both of us had complete breakfast with eggs, English muffin, ham, potatoes and even a side of fresh grapefruit for 20 bucks! Tasty bottomless coffee! Just what I was hoping to find - and I am picky about my homestyle breakfast, I am not easy to please.

I really enjoyed my first time here for lunch, and the staff was nice. The second time I went (for a late dinner around 8), however, the staff almost seemed to ignore me, and took a while to take my order even though the restaurant was empty.

Being from NY there are diners on every other block. This plane by far is the best diner Ive ever been too. Friendly service, the food is great it doesnt make you feel like you just ate "diner food" Coffee is delish!! This place is great!

I ordered the Gallo Pinto ($10.25 Two eggs any style, served with queso fresco, tortillas, plantains, rice and beans & salsa) and it was delicious! Friendly and fast service. Gets crowded sometimes but definitely worth a visit.

Stumbled in here after a night of debauchery and was pleasantly surprised that I did. Eggs, French toast, home fries, and coffee; pretty simple. As long as you dont mess up my brunch fare, 5 stars. These guys didnt mess up.

Food is good, service is good, makes a nice weekend breakfast. But diners should *never* serve cans of cola. It may sound silly, but good golly I want bottomless cola with my cheap diner breakfast.

Really great breakfast foods in a cozy little place in a good location. The pancakes are a sure bet and wont break the bank by a long shot. Certainly a worthwhile meal to spend on a lazy Saturday.

Mass Ave diner is a great place. It is very cozy, the staff are very nice and the food is beyond delicious. Also, rhe kitchen is completely open, so nothing to hide :) I totally recommend it!
