I placed an order around 1:50PM with a set pick-up time at 3:15PM for 20 wings (Mango Habanero, Cajun, and Korean BBQ). I arrived a few minutes before my order was supposed to be ready and there were a few people waiting on their orders. I paid for my order and joined the waiting party... After waiting 20 minutes, I walked up to the counter to see if my order was ready since people that came in after me had already left with theirs. At this point, there were 15+ people either waiting to order or waiting on their order. Most of them had ordered online with the assumption that their food would be ready at the time they scheduled. Anyway, one of the cooks told me they were boxing it up for me right then, so I sat back down thinking it would be a minute or two. Literally 30 minutes later, I hear my name, walk to the counter, take my order, and start to leave. As Im walking out the door, I hear my name called again. They had forgotten half of my order... Im assuming the man that brought the rest of my order was the manager since he sincerely apologized and made sure everything was correct before I left. The other three employees I spoke with couldnt have cared less. So, in the end, I was out the door roughly an hour later. An hour wait for 20 wings that were ordered over an hour in advance... The customer service overall was a disaster at this location (Fountain City, Knoxville, TN 37918). My only other complaint was the level of heat with two of the flavors. The Cajun was great. Nice heat, but I would have thought a little more given it was level 4 of 5. The Mango Habanero, however, was also level 4 and had absolutely no heat at all. I understand the mango factors in to balance the heat, but it was all sweet with no heat. The Korean BBQ was a step down to 3 and followed the step down accordingly. The wings themselves were cooked well and not an issue aside for those two flavors. I know this location opened within the last few months but it should never take an hour to receive 20 wings that were ordered over an hour in advance in the middle afternoon on a Saturday. Wingstop in Knoxville on Broadway gets 3 stars for now. The wings were tasty but small. The part that really bothered me was that out of the 20 or so wings my party ordered only ONE was a drummete? It was almost as if they profiled my party as people who would not notice this. Never before have I been anywhere and placed an order of wings and not received a fair mix of drummetes. Now Im not the type of person that orders wings and demands all drummetes or anything but I do notice when I get an order includes only the less favorable parts of the wings. Its not out of the question that Wingstop could earn a 4th Star **** if I decide to go back and theyve steped up their game but for now 3 is all I can give. They also need more spacious seating even if they have to remove a couple of tables.

A Soul For Hire

Wings are DISGUSTING! GROSS, NASTY, VOMIT FILLED DISGUSTING! Just spent $50 on wings only to turn around and throw them in the trash. I managed to take a small bite of each of the five flavors i got and i was done...my three year would not even try them because he said "they smell nasty". My daughter made it through a hawaiian one and attempted a teriyaki one and started gagging. She said the whole thing was a gristle and the sauce was awful. My husband who eats anything wouldnt even eat them. He said they were absolutely the worst chicken wings hed ever had and thats saying a lot putting them BELOW little caesars n pizza huts. Gag a maggot..if you rated this place a five star you ar f..n crazy my friend.

I give this place no stars. I figured I would share since this is public. This place is a terrible place of business. I have a friend who is in law enforcement and was on his way home to pick up food from this establishment that was a call in order. They took the money over the phone via credit and then when asked who was going to be picking up the order they were told it was a cop. Then moments later said person who called in the order was called back and told they werent going to serve a cop and they would refund their money. This is beyond an outrage and unacceptable. Figured the general public should know this.

Really disappointed. Order 15 wings with 2 flavors. We had two people in front of us. Was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. Watched numerous people come in and get their orders we were still waiting. After 30 minutes and the last people out the door the clerk called me up to inquire if I wanted bone in or boneless. I told her bone in. After 5 minutes or more we were called up and what do ya know, they were boneless. Took them back and waited another 5 to 10 minutes got my order and fries were awful, wrong flavor on half the wings and they didnt have ketchup or potato salad. Really dont think Ill be back.

DELICIOUS!! DOWN TO THE BONE SUCKING GOOD! I personally have never been a fan of wings until I tried my fiances one day from WingStop. My whole world changed I have been craving them everyday specifically the half bone-in half boneless Cajun is my favorite. I dont like hot spicy but I do like flavor spicy and they are amazing! The only reason I wouldnt rate them 5 stars is I recently ordered some sides and was not very happy with them however when I called back down there they corrected the situation immediately.

My SO and I went Saturday night about 1030 to get a to go order. Four orders in front of us and we only waited about 20 minutes. We got our drinks and enjoyed the Syracuse and North Carolina game on big screen while waiting. We ordered garlic parm, mild and Hawaii habanero bone in wings and an order of regular and cajun fries. I felt wings were a nice size, fries delicious, reasonably priced and great service! Looking forward to 50cent Tuesday!

Needless to say I wont be coming back!I was a regular came in and the shift manager/head cook had my order down to a T. He was very polite,nice to his employees,and a very fair leader. I always felt welcome when coming in to this establishment. I have been in 2 times since last seeing him work there and the food has been cold,order messed up,and employees have been very rude. Seems like he was the one holding the joint together.

This place is like the Five Guys of the chicken world. I think the chicken and fries are cooked to order. So you will be waiting a little longer than at a fast food place, but it is worth it. My favorite is boneless wings half in garlic Parmesan and the other half in mesquite BBQ. I also wouldnt miss the ranch. It tastes like it is made daily in house. My mouth is watering just typing this.

15 minute wait 28.00 for 20 boneless and 7 tenders!!! Wings are oddly small, salty, and heavy breaded . Tenders were more meaty but overly breaded. Sodium bomb disaster! Waste of a trip, money and wont go back. PS service was dismal they were the unhappiest workers!!! Dissapointing
