Raw cold meat served on the wrong bread option. Half the place was empty but the hostess had us wait cause she was staggering people so the wait staff "wouldnt freak". Bear in mind, we tried to come here a few months ago and had the same thing happened but didnt have time to wait so it wasnt a freaky night. It was a Thursday night. We waited another 15 mins before we tracked someone down to tell them that we didnt think waiter knew we were there. Table next to us gave up after 30 mins and left without ordering. Waiter said it was crazy busy... The place was half empty and no one had food. Asked for forks. Twice. Never got them. Never got a refill. Had to go find someone near the kitchen for ketchup (they dont have bottles). My wife asked for no rye on her patty melt because she cant eat it... They brought her rye. The meat was raw in the middle and almost all red on the outside. Fries were cold. Four tables were served food all at same time even though we came in at different times ... Either that was huge coincidence or explains the cold food. The D.A.D. was exactly as described. Like a McGriddle on a burger buns. A bit too syrupy but they tried and it was cooked. I have never sent food back before and refused to pay. I have never stiffed on a tip. I still cant get over how the hostess didnt write names down and said it was a crazy night to have people waiting.

What can I say except "Awesome!" Got into Salt Lake this morning and while discussing where to go for lunch in Ogden, the very nice lady at Hertz suggested Craft Burger. Located on 25th Street (where all the good stuff is in Ogden), we stepped into a very pleasant atmosphere. The seating staff was very friendly, and the bar stood out as a prominent focal point. I personally love restaurants that dont hide the bar in an isolated corner. Now the best part... Great food and drinks, and gluten free options! Ill tell you, its really hard to find a burger place with gluten free buns. The beer selection was not as big as Id hoped, but of the 20-odd beers they did have, you are sure to find something youd like. My wife ordered the Cheesy Pig and an Epic Brewing Brainless on Peaches beer. I got the Pastrami Burger and a Uinta Baba Black Lager. Both food and drinks were generously portioned and the fries were thick cut and served with a variety of crafted ketchups. (We highly recommend the Balsamic ketchup!) All in all, this was a fun place to eat and we left full and happy. Id love to go back at night just to get an idea of what the atmosphere is with a good crowd. Dont pass this gem up. Youll be glad you did.

If I could give a -10 I would!! First of all my husband bit into a HUGE PEICE OF GLASS!! In his sandwich he chomped down on it and luckily didnt completely massacre his mouth!! the server was decent about it and apologized( the problem is management not the poor servers). The drink menu said $9 for a margarita charged us 3 extra for ea...12 a margarita. The bill came back and they didnt charge us for his sandwich that has glass in it but surprise.... charged us $9 more for our 4 drinks that were a different price on their menu( funny how that made up the cost of his glass sandwitch). We brought it up very nicely to the server. The manager came back and said well.." next time you will have to pay the full price our prices are more now but we forgot to put the right insert in our menu, but since there were prior issues we will let it slide this time". Are you kidding me!!!! I am reporting this buisness to the bbb. Not only was management absolutely horrifying my husband could have been sent to the emergency room!!!! this place is not only horrible service but dangerous do not eat here!!! the food at Crown Burger was way better!! Horrified!!!

worst place to eat. I sat down with my wife and asked for a menu never got one ten minutes go by I still ask for another menu still not getting one. mean while the server has looked at me over 50 times along with the bar tender, still no menu. my parents shown up and they ask for a menu, dont get one. 10 minutes go by still no menu and we have asked over a dozen times. finally after 30 minutes of waiting we get a menu. we decided what we wanted to eat and drink and then the waitress said "we will get to you as soon as we can. we have called in back up" my mother asked a simple question saying " we know what we want could you possibly take our order ". the waitress SNAPPED BACK " mam we will get to you soon there are other tables ahead of you" as she is getting to the table that just barley walked in. this is the reason why they loose Customer so easy. I use to go there when they had 1cc and they were awesome at first then the same stuff happened. this is way to many times this has happened here

Absolutely horrible experience! I walk in and Im seated. Waitress was rude and impatient, as you can tell in her voice when she asks what I wanted to drink, she was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes when I was looking for the drinks section. I just asked for water. I waited for about 40 minutes for someone to come and finally took my order, and when the burger came out another half an hour later, it was very dry. McDonalds has better burgers and less eye-rolly staff. It was my first and last time going in there and Ill be sure to pass it on to my friends and family to avoid that place.

Craft Burger has to be the best burger joint I have gone to in this part of Utah, especially Ogden area. I have been to Red Robin many times and it beats them by a million with their prices $9.50 for their excellent Craft Burgers where as Red Robin: my fav. Burgers are $13 to $15. The fries are similar but burgers are far better. Less grease. I absolutely love their breaded mushrooms and fried potatoes chips. **Get this: they have a signature Chipotle Ketchup. Ya, its exquisite. Definitely go get yourself a burger if you are in town.

Fantastic place to eat. Loved the spinach artichoke dip and my burger. If youre into a delicious vinegarette, dont ask for one here. Very cute staff *fake cough* *whispers a name* Faith. Nice air-conditioned building. Not crowded but more than decent size for a burger joint. It was great. Will I refer you to it? If I think youre more attractive than me, no. Otherwise, heavily recommend eating there. ;) Nice and quiet environment. Clean as well. I could go on and on but, Ill let you see for yourself... :)

The food is simply awesome. We went at about 7 o clock and it wasnt busy at all. We had our food within five minutes. We ordered it medium and it came out very bloody but we were okay with eating it just because it was delicious. The service was a little impersonal and it was a little bit slow, considering how slow it was. All in all it was a very decent trip. Its definitely worth it to stop in. Only 4/5 stars due to order accuracy and our waitress.
