Went for Chinese New Year because of the good reviews. Service was EXCELLENT (thanks, Blanca!), and the food was outstanding. I was seated right away, and ordered a Tsing Tao, which was brought very promptly and was very cold. I started with MooShu Pork appetizer which was prepared by the table very well and was excellent--great flavor and fresh ingredients. The General Tsos was equally great, with perfect level of spicy, and a huge portion of nice full chicken pieces that are lightly breaded (not those mystery composite pieces at lower end chains that seem mostly to be fat, connective tissue and breading!). Needless to say, I had leftovers and they packaged them quickly and included extra sauce. This will now be my go-to place for Chinese. The food and service was impeccable and the quality of ingredients/preparation didnt leave me feeling heavy like over-cooked/greasy lower quality Chinese food can do.

Wonderful fresh food! Veggies all crisp and chicken was tender. I went in at lunch hour and it was busy but not crowed. Value was great, my meal included choice of soup, appetizer and type of rice for around $8.00. Service was attentive I never saw the bottom of my tea glass. Ive been studying interior design and have to say Excellent atmosphere. Linens on the table and a piano too. I asked the waiter about the piano and he stated Thurs. through the weekend in the evenings they have a pianist playing for folks who are waiting for tables. FYI-he also stated making reservations for dinner is the best choice. If you just show up expect to wait. Also, sushi is served. I love it but did not order any because my food was so fresh and hot I completely cleared my plate and had no room left. Waiter told me about the sushi happy hour (dine in only) from 4-630pm. Excellent prices. I will be back to try that out!

This new location is pretty huge and super clean; I couldnt believe I was in a Chinese hotpot place. Heres how it works: you choose what broth you want - original or spicy (and what spiciness level), or you can opt for the "yin and yang" style of having the pot split in half with one on each side - then choose what you want in your hotpot: meats, vegetables, noodles, side orders, etc. Then, if youre like me and my friends, you raid the sauce bar like there was just a natural disaster. I love the sesame, the ponzu and the chili oil. A piece of lamb coming straight from the spicy broth and being dipped into one of those three sauces: its a thing of beauty. Things can get pricey fast, but if youre in the mood for hotpot, check this place out.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I came from the doctor with a total spine injury so bad they want to do emergency surgery on my neck and back. I explained I was in alot of pain and could barely stand up. The girl "Michelle Flores" forgot my order. I got home and they said OH WELL. I explained I was bed stricken and could not make it up there. Even though they deliver to this area they refused to bring my food. The manager Philip became loud and hostile. I was then afraid to come and get the food. I feel like I was discriminated against due to being disabled. I also told him it was soooooo wrong to do this to a disabled veteran family. DO NOT EAT HERE. Date of Incident: 02/11/2016

Seems the older Asian lady with the glasses who appears to be the owner, usually standing at hostess stand, is not a fan of black people. Ive gone in several times to pickup my take out order and been completely ignored by this woman. Today she ignored me and when a white male walked in for his order after I had been standing there for five minutes, she happily retrieved his order and he was out the door before another lady could help me. The food is ok, Im sure it has a different taste in my mouth now after these last two experiences. I will not be patronizing this place again. I can and will spend my money elsewhere, where it is appreciated.

Great food at a good price. When I walked in, I was surprised by how nice it is on the inside. The atmosphere is nice. Very quiet and elegant. Food was excellent. Everything is fresh and the portions are similar to those that youd get at other places. Although, I didnt finish what I had ordered. Prices are reasonable as well. About $25 for two people on average. I just moved to the area and, for now, I go to Qin Dynasty for the convenience of the location. But I also find myself going back to Panda Garden on Westlayan. Try them both!

We ordered wonton soup. They came with too little broth that the soup level is below the wontons height. I asked for more broth. They charged an entire order of wonton soup for that request. I asked the manager to remove the charge, andhe fought for it before giving in. We left the place being monitored like criminals by its employees. Hopefully this is not because we were the only oriental in this Chinese restaurant. p.s. this posting is not a hate movement but information and possible protection to those who seek honest review.

Love the decor, and the man playing the piano made the night better. Ordered steamed chicken dumplings, highly recommend eating them with the sweetened ginger it comes with. Also had Mongolian beef and chicken cashew nuts. Mongolian beef felt like it was missing something but still good either way. And i loved the chicken cashew nut would rather prefer the mushrooms be cut into smaller pieces.

Food is usualy good but I was not impressed with my last delivery. The driver showed up with my order and when I handed him a 20 on a 16 dollar meal, he stated that he left his money bag in the car and just stood there. Thereby forcing me to tip him 4 bucks. I would be very careful and have correct change. This soured my whole experience with this place.

We ordered take outs. There was not anything really wrong with the food, but we were not impressed with what we got for our money. The shrimp had no vegteables at all, the chicken was overcooked, the rice not seasoned well. If we compare it to any other chinese restraunts we have benn too, it was disappointing and overpriced.

The food is always worth the parking hassle. I love the lunch time line up of options, definitely something for everyone. I love the pepper steak, steak with mushrooms, kung pao chicken. Its delicate, sophisticated and better than most in the area. I wish more parking was available, but Ill deal with it for a delicious meal.

Have been a customer for many years and have NEVER had but the utmost in professional service with a huge menu selection selection. The decor is meticulously designed for an exciting, somewhat exotic dining experience. Their lunch menu (available until 3 pm every day) is also extensive and quite satisfying. Highly recommend.

We have never been disappointed with the food here. Soup to sushi, beef, shrimp and lobster. All excellent!. Very friendly service for the most part. The decor and service would suggest fancier prices, but for the quality offered, prices are very reasonable, especially the DAILY lunches specials. Highly recommended!

Had an absolutely AWESOME experience there today. I ordered the lunch special of General Tsos chicken and Fried Rice with Hot and Sour Soup and it came quick and it was delicious. Furthermore, the waitstaff was great. I used to come here years ago and now I definitely will keep coming back.
